No safe drinking water in the room. Have to bring your own or buy it there. No beach access cause of the seaweed. But only a dock at the end of the road.

My son and I had a great time in San Pedro and part of it has to do with the professional and accommodating services provided by Chefy and the staff at La Casa de Paz. For the cost of the stay, this location was worth it. The Carribean Sprinter Water Taxi service is just behind the establishment. This was advantageous for us also. Thanks again.

Family owned by very helpful caring owner... Right in the heart of town, near everything! You have pretty much everything needed for a good value of the price. (If they had access to a pool - it would've been that much better since the near by beach right outside was full of seaweed, so u can't really go in, but there's enough to do around without it too.)

This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro.
