This beautifully appointed one bedroom condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on the veranda. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.

This 700 sq. ft. air-conditioned condo has a kitchen which includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. The condo is on the ground floor. It has one queen bedroom and one bath. A sofa bed is in the living room and it sleeps 4. Enjoy your refreshments on the lovely veranda and enjoy the wonderful cool breeze.

This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island.

There are 3 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is available also.
