.Star – Absolutely Unacceptable
I did not stay the night. I walked in, saw the conditions, and immediately left to book another hotel.
The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The sofa was visibly dirty. There were toenail clippings on the stairwell steps, and you have to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage — no assistance, no warning. The entire property had an unpleasant odor.
The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The office area had dirty dishes just sitting on a bookshelf, which added to the overall unclean and unprofessional appearance.
To make matters worse, someone staying next door had underwear hanging on a chair outside their room. The entire environment felt unsanitary and uncomfortable.
I paid for the room but had to leave and pay for another hotel because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. They refused to refund my money.
This was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
