Good location

Very loud at night. Only the one bedroom and living room have windows that access fresh air. The other windows only open to interior part of building which is not open or ventilated. They only provide one towel per person and no towel racks to hang wet towel. Bathroom has a lot of mold. Pillows are old and flat, needs new pillows. Alanze was very helpful, nice and professional. The manager was rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all.

Great Location

Check in is a bit far from the unit, and has very specific check in times, we were driving from Barcelona and made it just in time. However, when we arrived at the unit we couldn't get the key to work - we contacted the mgmt company but they were already closed. Thankfully we were able to get the key to work after about 30 minutes of trying. I would suggest checking in at the beginning of the check in time if possible so if you have any questions you can get answers (I think they are also closed on Sundays). The unit is in a great location, walk to many restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarket and beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and cook a few dinners (and a dish washer!). The unit was clean. It has a couple fans (no air conditioning), luckily for us it was a bit overcast so it wasn't very hot outside. Hot water in the shower was a bit tricky but once you got it on it was good. The windows were awesome - close them and you don't hear anything on the street. It has a washer and plenty of space to hang clothes to dry. We had a great stay and would book again.
