The hotel was extremely comfortable. We had a stunning sea view from the balcony of our room. The staff on reception were especially helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble to her. An excellent stay - wish we could have stayed longer!

Room was nice with great view of the bay. Only issues were the hard beds and the room smelled like cigarette smoke when the bathroom and bedroom door were open. Solved it by keeping those interior doors closed and cranking the Air Conditioning on cold/high. Just a bit dated on quite a few fronts. Staff were helpful but the checkin and what to do if your driving a car there and need to park was a bit confusing. There is no valet. Your park the car yourself. Make sure your alert them and reserve the parking in advance of your stay. The parking garage is next door underneath and they provide you instructions on how/where to park when you arrive. Nice safe underground garage with nearby access to hotel. Food in the hotel restaurant and room service were delicious.

Fantastic location right near La Concha beach. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Rooms were small but comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant/bar located within hotel for convenience. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful so we were hot sleeping at night and this was mid- Oct. We do like a cooler sleeping temp so may be pocky but I wonder how the room temperature would be during the hot summers. Woukd definitely stay there again.
