Fantastic location right near La Concha beach. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Rooms were small but comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant/bar located within hotel for convenience. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful so we were hot sleeping at night and this was mid- Oct. We do like a cooler sleeping temp so may be pocky but I wonder how the room temperature would be during the hot summers. Woukd definitely stay there again.

Wow, what a room and what a view. Beautiful facility, great cool bar, excellent service in the bar. Can not beat the location. Seriously. Only complaint is they have monetized the heck out of the place. So watch you spending. Everything costs except the coffee in your room. Other than feeling like I was getting my pocket picked, it was excellent.

The hotel is nice. Right on the boardwalk next to the beach. And the location in town is perfect. We had a city view and it was fine. Service was good and the restaurant and bar were great. The only issues we had were that the shower head leaked and shot water onto the floor and that the TV didn’t work. We wouldn’t have noticed that the tv didn’t work if it hadn’t have rained and forced us inside for a day.
