Worst Check-in system. We were informed to collect the key from a Key Lock Box. We got to the location and followed instructions sent and got a message that Code deactivated. Checkin is at 3:00 pm. We thought as we arrived early we could collect the key so that we can checkin in at 3:00 pm. As the key lock box did not open we went to the office location given on the booking. we got to the office location and there was a message on the door that office has moved and assigning a new office address. We then got the new office location and the lady said you cannot get the key until 3:00 pm. So I said between all the distances we can never checkin in at 3 pm it will be 3:30 by the time we walk back to the location to check in. By 2pm we got a message that the key is ready for collection. We went back to the key lock box and we got the same message stating code is deactivated. We called the office and they said their system is showing that key has been collected. I had to send a photo of the message appearing on the screen for her to believe that key was not there. Ultimately i got a email that someone will come to the lock box location with the key. This was so bad. Apart from the bad experience of check-in the apartment is lovely, clean and as is in the pictures. The apartment is on the ground floor. There are few steps 10 stps to get to the ground from the time you enter the building. There was a stair lift if you have issues climbing steps.
