Very cozy hotel right across from Moonstone Beach! Jack was very welcoming and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was delivered to our room—yummy! Bed was so comfortable and the room was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Honestly one of my favorite hotel experiences ever, especially for the price. It feels like a family owns this. They left us fresh baked cookies, bottles of water, and made us a fresh breakfast burrito in the morning. We had a peek of an ocean view, a little fireplace. It was just so sweet and the room was well maintained and clean. I felt like they take pride in taking care of guests. I would definitely stay here again. Charming and right across the street from the beach.

Wonderful place to stay and across the street from the ocean and boardwalks. The rooms were very comfortable with all the extras! We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our door. We would definitely stay again!

This property needs a face lift. Everything was, at one time, leading edge and in vogue (carpeting, not much lighting, heat from the fireplace, etc). Now, it’s just tired. Despite that, it’s a very acceptable place to stay. Be aware there’s no AC. Fans but no air conditioning.

The BD is one of many seaside hotels on Moonstone Beach, a very nice place to stay in general. The room I was in was clean and had a kind-of-an-ocean view (really, only the few rooms on the road have a real view). It was clean, roomy for me (I was alone) and the walk along the boardwalk made my mornings.

Booked last minute. Ground Room/patio has the view of the ocean but we wish cars/trucks didnt park right by the room blocking the view. Property needs to put a sign otherwise it defeats the “ocean view” and they charge $$ for it. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay. Good location. Nice clean quiet simple room right by the boardwalk. Small property.
