We arrived and there was a big “Ice Not Welcome Here” sign, We have been a frequent customer for years and come up and stay there about 3 to 4 times a year. But we were very disappointed.. We do not pay for a companies political opinions. This hotel is alienating half of its customers.We will not be back! Also, the ice machine stopped working.

Room was very nicely updated and well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. For one night is was fine. However, there were some hiccups with our stay that would make me think twice before here staying again. Front desk agent was working two properties at the same time and each time we went to front office she was not there to assist. Cleaning lady was having to guide people and call the front desk person several times to get a hold of her to come back. The power went out on the last morning of our stay, with no staff on property to acknowledge the issue. Although it did the job, the price you pay is not cheap to have no staff on site or use of amenities.

This place is cute and clean and feels very safe. You can park right outside your room—if you’re on the first floor. Mini fridge, coffee maker w/ pods but bring your own if you want variety. I can’t figure out how to connect to WiFi, but not a big deal for me.

Have stayed at this property many times. It is convenient to the east village, easy parking, comfortable beds and nice balconies on the 2nd floor. The front desk attendant was super friendly this stay and helpful. My only concerns this visit were the cleanliness of the room (there are noticible scuffs on all the walls and build up in some areas that make it feel worn/not clean/dusty, the carpet looked visibly dirty and the room had a distinct smell when we arrived). When I went to the ice maker with the ice bucket provided, it had a worn sign on it that said "out of order" and it appeared to be out of order for some length of time (which begs the question, why provide an ice bucket?). I like staying here so I really hope the owners will work on deep cleaning and get the ice maker fixed or replaced.
