Independent air-conditioned villa of Provencal Mas type located in the private and closed domain of La Cride (Electric gate at the entrance of the domain)

Composed of 3 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a living room and lounge equipped with TV, a terrace open onto the swimming pool with barbecue, and an independent studio with bedroom and bathroom .
Villa open on the bay of Bandol and enjoying private access to the sea by natural path.
Villa located 5 minutes by car and 20 min walk from the center of Sanary Sur Mer, its port, its Provencal market and its fishermen, its restaurants and its many shops. Craft market every evening in summer season.
Close to Beaucours beach, the sandy beach of Portissol and the fine sandy beaches of Sanary which lead to Bandol.
Visit the surrounding villages, Cadière-D’azur, Le Castellet, Bandol vineyards.

Reservations for weekends possible on request and quote.

3-star experience

- Upon arrival, we needed to make a cash deposit. It was a LOT of cash to be carrying around, especially since the ATM will only let you withdraw a certain amount at a time. Why not make the deposit online, like every other location does? - The house is very well situated, and the outdoors are great. Beautiful view, beautiful terrace, beautiful village nearby. - The house itself hasn't been renovated in a long while, not so well maintained (old carpet in the room - not good for people with allergies, the shower broke and was unusable for part of our stay) and it lacked a lot of things: no toilet paper (not even one roll), no paper towels, no bottle opener, no hand towels, nothing to clean the dishes with, only 3 cloth to clean the entire house for 8 days... no soap for the laundry, the exact number of pillow cases and 1 sheet per bed (only the fitted sheet) and no extra blankets or nothing of the like. It just felt like the bare minimum, a pretty expensive 3-star stay. - The people who take care of the house are lovely and nice. They were the highlight of the stay. - The "cabin" room is more like a wardrobe. It's very dark, has no air at all and can not be considered a room. - One wheel of one of the plastic long chairs broke during our stay. Even if the chair was quite old and things like that happen, we were told we needed to pay to replace a plastic wheel of a plastic chair. The requested amount felt abusive to me. The owner wanted to negotiate it right away, which made me late for my airport departure. - The cleaning fees that are now mandatory were not back when I booked. The owners asked me to clean the house prior to our departure, and I did: empty the trash cans, clean the kitchen/fridge, clean the sanitaries, do the laundry (with a broken shower and non-functioning vacuum cleaner, it was pretty challenging to do anything more). However, it seems they wanted it "rentable" again for the next occupants. I think we now all understand that you have to clean the house in between rentals and can't rely on people on holiday to be professional housekeepers (I believe this shouldn't happen again as they now automatically charge cleaning fees- too bad I had to spend my last day of vacation arguing over the phone about it.) - Basically, if you're at all nervous about booking a house in a foreign country and negotiating with owners, I don't recommend this property. My stay involved a lot of debate, stress and worrying unfortunately.

24 Stunden ohne Strom - keine Rückerstattung! Nie wieder!

Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut auf eine Woche Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Lage. Die Terrasse, der Pool, der Meerblick ist auch sehr schön (wobei es keinen Sonnenschutz gibt, da der aufgestellte Schirm nichts nützt). Der Check in war eine Katastrophe, da der Hausverwalter kein einziges Wort Englisch spricht und man ihn vorher anrufen muss, wann man ankommt. Von dem Haus waren wir sehr enttäuscht, es war nicht wirklich sauber und die Bäder alt und verranzt. Die Toilette war so eng, dass man nicht mal gerade dort sitzen konnte. Und dann kam der 24 stündige Stromausfall, unsere Lebensmittel wurden schlecht, das Poolwasser kippte wegen fehlender Pumpe, keine Klimaanlage und abends ohne Licht oder Kochmöglichkeit. In diesen 24 Stunden sind etliche Leute durchs Haus gelaufen, die kein Wort Englisch sprachen und uns komplett ignorierten. Wir hatten, gerade in Corona-Zeiten, nach einem abgeschiedenen Örtchen gesucht und da laufen zig Leute einem durchs Schlafzimmer, ohne dass sie einen Plan haben, was zu tun ist, um den Strom wieder ans Laufen zu bekommen. Die Leitungen sind wohl sehr alt und zum Teil lebensgefährlich verlegt. Irgendwann hatten wir dann wieder Strom, die Vermieterin versicherte uns, dass sie uns den einen Tag Mietpreis rückerstatten würde, das hat sie bis heute, auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, nicht getan. Die Kaution, die wir dem Hausverwalter bar ohne Quittung in die Hand drücken mussten, kam auch erst Wochen später zurück. Wir sind sehr ärgerlich und können diese Unterkunft, trotz der schönen Lage, auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La deco est soignée et la maison est bien équipée. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique. Attention 2 des chambres sont extérieures à la maison principale ce quine convient pas à des jeunes enfants.
