Great little motel in the middle of nowhere. Be careful the restaurants close early even though they say they’re open later. I was impressed how clean this motel was and the staff were very nice. Loved the breakfast bus.

The room was very clean. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast bus and food was great. The ac works amazingly well. I loved the atmosphere of the whole motel. I really did not want to leave this morning. Sanderson is a great little town and you can not beat the Desert Air Motel.

Staff were amazing! The motel is just wonderful! I loved the history and its story. The breakfast bus is fabulous!!! Rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Parking right out front. Don’t forget to pick up some souvenirs from the front desk - including a keychain replica!!! Definitely stay here! We stayed one night on our way home from Big Bend National Park.
