Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working while there. We were looking forward to that. Our tub in our room was broke and wouldn’t hold water. The faucet in the tub leaked the whole time. And the floor shook when we walked around our room. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t quite as nice as I had hoped. Not sure I’d stay again or try another location

Very nice hotel with great staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient area off the turnpike. I had to present a webinar after checkout time and the staff were very accommodating by giving me a private space to present my webinar.

For the price I paid for this hotel I kinda expected a little bit more, the jacuzzi was a main thing for me, was gonna be able to relax, but it was not in working condition, the jets don’t work, told the staff and they ignore it, def needs an update, breakfast was not too tasty, but definitely a nice addition to the stay. . Also moved one of the couch chairs and there was old food underneath, not a good sign. I go to Ohio every year for an event and decided to try this place out this year. Will not come back, the price was too high for an average stay.
