Hotel was a nice place to stay for the Sandusky area; it was a short drive (about 15 minutes) to the lake and downtown. Hotel was clean and breakfast had lots of yummy options
The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Her name was Amy. However, we stayed two nights and they did not clean the room overnight. We had overflowing garbage and had to empty it ourselves. Then because of no cleaning service we had no towels so we had to reuse towels. All of this was very inconvenient and lent for an unsatisfactory experience.
We stayed here for my daughterâs tournament. Felt like the rooms could have been a tad bit bigger and the mini fridge could have been bit cleaner. Other than that good experience.
Front desk was super helpful at friendly at check in. The hotel was clean and modern, as was our room. Breakfast in the morning was good, and the fresh ground coffee was GREAT.
The room was stinky smelly dingy and dirty. I had to clean someone elseâs puke off the wall behind the door. And the bathroom smelled humid and the room was smelly like water had been sitting. The fridgerator was so loud but the housekeeper was even louder as if he was just vacuuming the hall right outside my door for an hour straight.
The property was ok. I dont like the customer getting caught in the middle between the companies. Expedia booked me 1 room and the hotel gave another. They blamed each other, meanwhile the customer is left with a room that doesnt fit their needs. The hotels try to make it right, but sometime money doesnt do it if the hotel room is not right. Wont be using expedia for future bookings.
Super Bowl boutique hotel experience. Staff was fantastic. Attached restaurant and patio area was fantastic. Only drawback is only double beds not queen beds. No dresser drawers no desk can only hang up three items of clothes. But it was clean and very nice. stay in all other aspects.
