Only a 15 minute drive to Cedar Point! Indoor pool area was very warm but nice. Outside pool was heated, but not too warm. In 95 degree weather, it was nice to cool off in and the water was clean!! Wish the walls weren't so thin. My son and I could hear the lady next door yelling and swearing at her kids. Our TV wasn't working, but the desk lady was able to fix it right away! Friendly and helpful desk staff, nice aroma throughout, check out time is 11 am which makes it so much better for us wanting to sleep in, nice big bathroom, beds were comfortable, and room was spacey. View of a corn field instead of other hotels or attractions made it much better. One ceiling tile looked like mold or black mold and would recommend replacing. Other than that, I'm glad we were able to enjoy our stay in a clean room. This place is underrated.

The room was very nice, no complaints. However, breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt and cereal. Juice machine was out of order. For the price we paid, we expected a more substantial breakfast.

Staff was friendly. The hot tub and indoor pool were extremely dirty. Very unsanitary. The outdoor area had a lot of paint chipped away in and around the pool. For the breakfast, the juice machine was broken, and no alternative was given when asked.

Good on a budget

Everything was as expected for a budget friendly room; bedding and room was clean. Breakfast is simple and hot tub had a weird smell. Everything else was good! Staff was friendly and everything was well maintained, a little dated but as expected. A good value for the price.

We were in 119 the air conditioner wasnt even screwed in the wall. We were right by the rooms that had somone get arrested. At 2 in the morning and woke our 3 children up. Everything seemed to be out of order. People who weren't customers would show up just to use the pool. Workers and customer service was great, but everything else was awful!

This place was a nice size. Had an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Had an arcade, and a place to use the computer if needed. The breakfest was terrible. No juice, water. They had coffee, and milk. As big as this place was and by the photos online I figured they would have had eggs, susage etc. They had cereal and waffles, and kids branded trix yogurt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Carpet in the lobby and hallways was stained and very dirty.

The property was quiet and clean. Our issues were that the Bath fan did not work. The Morning Breakfast was very disappointing. Cereal with warm milk, waffles, oranges and yogurt were all that was offered. No Juice(empty) No water(empty).

Run done hotel with terrible customer service. Anything we pointed out that needed attention was ignored unless we asked repeatedly (one room no microwave, trash/towels serviced, no drinks at breakfast and not making up room on third day). We were treated rudely and only heard excusing for the condition of the hotel and lack of staff providing customer service (told repeatedly there was poor communication amongst employees. The first room we were assigned was trashed and dirty - lack of communication! Safety was an issue with no locking external doors. I recommend no customers of Hotels.com ever stay here

Clean and safe place to stay. Comfortable beds and has decent indoor Pool and Hot Tub. Our only issues were that the vent in the bathroom did not work and the Continental Breakfast was not impressive. No Juice. Only had Cereal, waffles, yogurt and Oranges.
