We arrived for check in at almost midnight. Michael was on duty. He was very nice and friendly. And treated us like it was in the middle of the day instead of late at night. Very bummed we came in from New York , and the pool was out of order the entire stay. When booking they should advertise that the pool is out of order to give families a chance to book else where for a pool experience. That was a big reason we booked this hotel. Breakfast was alright. My kids enjoyed some variety . All the front desk ladies , and house keeping were extremely nice! Always greeted with a smile! Close to all the stores and food places!
