Everything was great until I extended my stay by one day. At 0600 I re-validated my room with the front desk and had my room keys re-done. I had to work a 12 hour night shift so I went back to bed at 0830. However, my room was not taken off of the checking-out list and at 1200, housekeeping was beating on my door and woke me up. I was unable to go back to sleep after that as I usually get up at 1530 for work. If someone has not left the room when it appears they should have, the FIRST thing housekeeping should do is check with the front desk to see if there was a change. All of the tags indicating to not bother a guest were on the outside of the door. I ended up being awake for more than 24hrs by the time I arrived home as I had a 3 hour drive once I left at 0930. Please do better.

Very good stay but one key issue

Hotel was great. Best staff I've ever had at a hotel. One of the best complimentary breakfasts I've seen. Only issue is the outdated technology. Got locked out of my room more than 5 times because my key stopped working. Seemed like this is a common issue at hotel
