I did not even stay at the property. When I pulled up next to the place (there was no parking on the street, all full), there were at least 6-8 people on the front porch hanging out as if there were a party going on, and in not a very safe area. It did not meet the description on the listing. After contacting the property manager about the situation, they stated that they âshare the building with other apartmentsâ, when it was supposed to be quiet nice area, which was not. When asked for a refund (since didnât even step foot in there) the property manager made an excuse that it was a difficult cancellation process. I had to contact my bank to attempt to get some of my money back, as I had originally booked for 4 days. So the property manager intended on keeping my money, even though I never stayed at the falsely advertised apartment. Buyer Beware!
