VILLA TOTTI is a stylish three-storey villa for 8 people in the centre of Sant'Agnello. The villa has a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and 1 parking space. Villa Totti is about 200 square meters in size.

VILLA TOTTI is located in Sant'Agnello, the perfect blend of peace and fun. It’s a very lively town full of attractions, but, at the same time, it’s far from the chaos of Sorrento.

The villa is located along the main road in the heart of the village, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, bars, the local Circumvesuviana train stop (Naples-Sorrento line), and the bus stop for services to Sorrento, which is about 2 km away. The nearest beach is La Marinella, which is about 20 minutes’ walk from the villa, with a volcanic, rocky beach and also a sandy beach for children.

You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Totti, but if you do come by car, you can park it in a nearby garage free of charge. There is space for just one car.

There are no steps to get to Villa Totti.

THE PRIVATE POOL is 4x3.6 meters and 1 metre deep. The pool area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool is available from the beginning of May until the end of October.

THE PATIO is 70 square metres in size and partly shaded by a canopy. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs and a portable barbecue. From the patio you’ll have a view of the neighbouring buildings.


GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is modern and comfortable. Here you’ll find an L-shaped sofa, a beautiful fireplace, a lift, and a TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room you’ll have access onto the patio through two French windows.

THE KITCHEN contains a five-stove gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot and other small appliances. Here you’ll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table is big enough for six people. From the kitchen you’ll have access onto the patio through a French window.

THE HALF BATHROOM contains a sink and a toilet and is accessed from the kitchen.

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. From the bedroom you’ll have access through a French window onto the patio.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a TV with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. From the bedroom you’ll have access through a French window onto a balcony.

THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a TV with satellite channels. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. From the bedroom you’ll have access through a French window onto a balcony.

Important things to know

- Tourist tax 2,00 Euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50,00 Euros to be paid at the arrival.
- Damage deposit: 300,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
