Quick, Easy, and Comfortable Stay! Check-in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. The room looked newly renovated—very clean and modern. It had everything we needed: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV with streaming options, and reliable WiFi. Plenty of parking available. The location was perfect—just 5 minutes to Cal Poly and a few minutes to downtown. Great value for the price. No complaints at all—would definitely stay here again!

The second night we were there, we had to call the desk because of the noise above us while we were trying to get to sleep. The noise continued for about 45 minutes and it was about 11:30 in the evening. So we had to call down to the desk again, and because of shift change, the last shift, didn’t do anything about it and also did not tell the new shift. Within five minutes the noise stopped so I’m assuming the new shift took care of it. Breakfast is OK, it’s something to eat. Wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst. For us it was a convenient place to stay. We were in town for a funeral. Parking was good. No big compliance just was a decent place to stay.

I thought Best Western was great for my stay. I didn’t hear airport noise, likely due to my third-floor lobby-side room. Parking was fine at 9:30 PM during the week, but on the weekend, we had to park on the side. The spots were very narrow. I was disappointed there were no recycling options and that the pool opened late at 9 AM, though I appreciate its early closing at 9:30 PM. Breakfast was okay, with options changing every other day, but it got crowded on weekends. Overall, the hotel was good, and I might stay again.

I had stayed here recently and liked it very much. It’s in a good location and the rooms were clean and had no carpeting. On this trip we brought our family and rented 3 rooms on 6/23 on the second floor. Everything was great as expected. The rooms were well kept and very clean. The BIG problem is the hotel allows cigarette smoking on the balconies just outside the room doors. There are large trash cans outside and some have sand/dirt on the top for smokers to put out their cigarettes, and they were full of old butts. There was even a small white plastic bucket in front of one of our doors with cigarette butts in it. We were “lucky” in that one of the designated ash/trash cans was not near one of our doors. However, there was one ash can located down an open air hallway on the other side of the building maybe 50 feet away. And two people stood there for long periods of time chain smoking. The wind was blowing towards us so we were receiving so much smoke coming down the hallway that it was coming into our room and we didn’t dare turn on the room air conditioning as it would blow even more smoke into our rooms. I find this policy of allowing smoking on the balconies totally unacceptable, We visit this area often and would like to stay here again in the future, but we will not return until your smoking policies change. Please stop ALL smoking on the upper floors.
