Very nice medium sized hotel in a centralized area. There is a view to the beautiful pool as soon as you walk in the front entrance. Check in was relatively Quick with a very nice lady who is at the front desk by herself the room with the double beds have a work desk, a chest drawer, and a closet. Everything you need for a stay definitely recommend this place.
Worst hotel room in 40 years of travel. Bathroom tub would not drain properly. A 5-minute shower left us standing in three inches of water. Bulb socket in bathroom has no bulb. Staff said they have none. One hand towel for two people. Zero wash clothes. No hair dryer. Door handle missing on closet door. Five hangers in closet. Floor not washed for ages. Clean white socks wind up black on bottom after walking around a bit. No stopper in sink. Flimsy sheets on bed.
There was a tennis ball size hole on the ceiling of the shower, conveniently right above where one bathes. I couldn't help but to wonder if there were hidden cameras up in there or off someone could be spying on guests as they showered. Furthermore, the carpets were filthy. We allowed our 9-month old to crawl, but quickly noticed his knees and hands black with filth. We didn't feel comfortable letting him on the ground to long. The sheets smelled like dust as if they were in need of cleaning. On the bright side, the receptionists were wonderful.
Amenities are below average. Shower head points towards wall making it hard to shower. One provided bar soap can't be any smaller for two guests. Not good! One small water bottle for two guests is way below expectations as a greeting gesture. Sad!
