My friends and I came into town for a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl. The location is very close to the beach and a short ride to the venue, perfect for our weekend. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered great customer service.

Not bad, not amazing. Solid price. Our hotel room has 12+ mosquitoes we needed to kill before bed, and a couple times we could hear something rustling either on the roof or in the walls at night. AC worked well, walk-in shower and bathroom was nice.

The manager, Veronica, was the best hotel manager we've ever experienced. Very attentive, courteous, and made sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Although we didn't ask for our rooms to be cleaned, we watched the cleaners and they were also courteous and very hard working.

While we enjoyed our stay there were a few nagging things about our room — window in the bathroom was broken and couldn’t be open so when showering, you had to leave the door open to avoid fogging. A few of the light switches were not working. The mini fridge made a loud buzzing noise that required us to unplug it at nights to sleep.

The bed was so loud and squeaky! Every time I turned around my entire family woke up. It was a terrible night sleep for an overpriced room. Such a bummer! I mentioned something to the front desk, shared the video to show the outrageous sound the bed made, and was never contacted by management as promised.

Perfect little boutique-y motel

Very nice and cute motel/hotel. Quiet , comfortable and clean. Front desk friendly and courteous. Loved the complimentary glass of champagne and chardonnay from local winery and the fresh baked cookies in the evening. We were there for a quick overnight stay and it was just right for us!
