I love the extra space and comfort a suite gives you. It’s a very attractive building and the gardens are very nice. Lastly, the morning buffet is very nice as well. Having an omlet bar is a nice touch as well.

Overall our stay was very nice. There was a few things I noticed that need updating or maintaining. First Keeping up with the fountains and waterfalls would make a huge difference. Also adding upward lighting in and around the Garden Area would make a nice ambiance. Plants do need attention in and around the courtyard. We did go into the Jaquzzi and my wife almost burned her leg on the light in the water and should be looked at. Probably one of the nicest Hotel in Lompoc. Lompoc could be a Beautiful Town but needs attention.

It was such a nice out of no where trip, we did not have hotel booked and seen the reviews on this hotel and booked and glad we did. it was quiet and clean very friendly staff and helpful as well. we loved the breaksfast buffet and the drinks as well.

The main reason why we like to stay here is the breakfast, excellent. However this time the staff missed to clean our room, when I called the front desk I only received an apology and no offer to send someone. It is evident that this hotel is in decline, wooden beams show evidence of decay, one of the two elevators was damaged, the pillows are terrible, the toilets are very small, and this time we found mold in one piece of bread. Last but not least, two out of four parking spaces for electric cars are useless as the second charger is useless. The lack of management is evident.

Check in was slow but room was great, away from the pool “noise”. One elevator was down which was very inconvenient. Happy Hour was also slow and inconsistent with drinks. The bartender didn’t know certain cocktails. And sadly, the bacon cheeseburger I ordered was THE WORST I’ve ever had! One bite and I gagged. Not sure it was even beef. You can tell it was a frozen patty and the way it was prepared or the grill it was cooked on must’ve been dirty. I didn’t even bother mentioning it to MOD since he gave me attitude about the drinks.
