I loved how practical it was getting a text with my room number, WiFi password and all that I needed for my stay, without having to go to their office. The room was clean and cozy. It was such a great experience staying at this place.

The Hamlet Inn will be our first choice when it comes to staying in Solvang. It’s quiet. Property was all taken care of. Contactless check-in was definitely a first and was way more convenient and we found it super easy to get into our room. Room was clean and well maintained. We didn’t find an ice machine on the property but upon opening our mini fridge, ice trays with ice. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Power outage

Cute hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff at front desk. Everything was perfect except for the power outage. No light. No A/C. Plus we were on second floor. Sweat was running down my face when the power was out. I had to jump in the shower in the dark. The power outage really messed up our trip. We didn’t receive a discount. We were offered a refund if we left but the surrounding areas were all booked. I checked twice. Instead we were given a bottle of wine
