The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. The room was clean, except for the rug under the coffee table/ottoman, where the sofa was. The table was sticky and had not been cleaned. The breakfast was great! Our stay was a comfortable one.

What an awful experience. This was booked for one night for our wedding night. Then we were gonna leave the next day to go on our Honeymoon. I ended up getting violently ill the night of my wedding, almost had to go to the hospital so we ended up missing our reservation to stay. Called the hotel and was told it wasn’t their policy and was still considered a day of cancellation. Classic. It’s unfortunate policies still run the show for customer service.

Close to hwy for stop by customers. $100 pet fee but no pet area at all. I had to walk my dog out to street for even before bedtime potty. I felt very unsafe. Absolutely unkind staff. Not focusing on customers just standing and wonder around at the lobby. But morning shift staff were kind.
