The bathroom door were damaged and could not close. Some floor boards were damaged and could possibly damaged your feet. Limited parking since various crews were staying at the hotel. Clerk told me I should have no problem parking in front of my 1st floor room. Not the case. Both days I had to park a distance from my room.

Decent stay

Overall, the stay was good. We encountered an issue at check in. We booked an accessible room and they didnt have anymore available due to "over booking." It took them a little while but after making a few calls they gave us a room on the ground floor. I guess its considered an upgrade. The room was bigger than other rooms. The room itself was clean and well kept. Only downside was the beds- not very comfortable but also not horrible. Not bad for one night stay.

It is a Motel 6. They tend to be less then expected or hopped for. This unit bucks that conclusion, it is well kept up and the best decision you can make in Carpinteria.😍
