There are a decent amount of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are cameras throughout the property. We found parking easily. They have a lot of seating outdoors. The rooms came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is cool.

There are around 20 motels available in the immediate area of the Oasis on outer State Street. Most all are budget motels, with significantly less expensive room rates. I choose the Oasis due to higher ratings on Expedia. Dumb choice. Room was clean, but nothing special. Parking was limited. Room key mechanism was broken, had to wait outside the room for 25 minutes. Late evening there was dog poop in the parking lot, which unfortunately found my shoe. In short, another average budget motel, but priced 50 percent higher. Don't bother.

Nice hotel-hard bed

This was a super cute room with plenty of space and even a little kitchen area with a mini fridge and microwave. My only complaint was that the mattress was so hard, it gave me back pain and a not so restful night of sleep. Other than that, the service was great!

too much $$ for low quality

The room was way too expensive for the condition it was in. It had a king bed, which was fine, and a “pull out couch“ that was awful! The couch was a leather piece that opened up into a flat bed that was really uncomfortable, and did not seem like a bed at all
