We had a room looking right to the beach, so we had the luxury of watching 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. The room was clean and nicely sized, the staff very friendly and always helpful. It was a great short vacation. Thank you all the West Beach Inn folks. You made our first visit to Santa Barbara and unforgettable one.

Enjoyed our stay at West Beach Inn. Friendly and helpful staff, offered a better room on upper level when I asked to switch. Nice large corner room facing the beach! Nice pool, wine and cheese by the pool, and good continental breakfast. The only issue I would say is that the hotel room needed update and convert AC to central air. Window air conditioner was loud and the room was a little musty.

They had me at hello. We arrived 2 hours early after a grueling drive. We just wanted cool AC and to get prone for a few minutes. They had a couple rooms ready and immediately offered us one. The desk clerk also provided us with local discount coupons. This staff is simply superior they took great care of us during our stay. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful property with harbor views.

Stayed at the lower level and I would think the sliding doors would be secure since it’s down stairs and next to the street but the safety pin it has anyone can just open without. Sliding door is very old and with the original locks. Same thing with the AC. Bathroom feel small. Shower stalls are slim, not meant for tall people. Your elbows will hit the walls.
