The hotel itself is beautiful and super clean. That said, hotels.com falsely advertised that breakfast was included. I found out while there that breakfast is NOT included. I book through hotels.com frequently and have never had this issue, however it was very frustrating because as a family of 7, cost of breakfast alone is a lot and we were not prepared to have to spend additional money.

Booked a two-bed room. But they overbooked and there's no two-bed room available. The staff didn't even mention it during check-in. After we found it out, they showed no apology and acted like that's what we deserved. The parking fee is also expensive, $20 per day. Do not recommend this place if you want a room worth of what you paid.

I’m currently staying at the Hyatt, and it has been an extremely disappointing experience. I booked this staycation so my son could swim, and we called ahead to confirm that the pool was open and heated. When we arrived, the pool was so cold it was unsafe for swimming. Guests were daring each other to jump in. The hot tub was dirty, not working properly, and didn’t even have working bubbles. My son was so upset, and I feel like we’ve wasted a day of our vacation. I spoke with the front desk, who claimed the pool was heated – despite the fact it was frozen – and said that because we didn’t book directly through Hyatt, they couldn’t help us. I found this dismissive and frustrating. Between the unusable pool and hot tub, poor parking, and lack of basic amenities like water, this has been a truly disappointing stay. I’m not one to complain, but this was a splurge for us, and it fell far below expectations. I’m requesting a refund for this stay and urge Hyatt to close the pool and hot tub until they are safe and functional.

The room layout and design was awesome. The living room is seperated from the bedroom. Area smells fresh, pillows are fantastic. I hope someone will be able to maintain the pool from dry leaves. The outdoor pool warmer is not working.

Great stay in Santa Clara

Great stay. Close to everything we needed. The only issue we encountered was the pool was said to be a heated pool but it wasn’t working so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy this amenity. Rickey at the front desk delivered awesome customer service! Thank you Rickey!
