The staff was very friendly, and the grounds of the resort are beautiful. We had a room with a forest view balcony which we loved. The View restaurant had a limited menu and although the presentation of the food was great, service was extremely SLOW and the food had no flavor. Could have used some salt and pepper at the least. Ordering from room service had the same options and arrived in 20 minutes.

We booked our room through Expedia, and the listing stated that self-parking was included in the $40 resort fee with no additional charge. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the policy had changed and that parking now costs $20 per night, in addition to a $40 resort fee. This was disappointing since it was different from what was advertised at the time of booking. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Rooms you can tell are on the older side. I also could hear the people above me walking around. Maybe they were heavy on their feet but it was louder than anticipated and woke me up when they returned back around 2 am. Dinner and the view of the sunset was great.
