This spacious and inviting 126 m² two-bedroom apartment in Madeira offers the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines modern convenience with a homely atmosphere.
The bright and airy living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, and enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added ease, the apartment also features a dishwasher to simplify clean-up, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities to take care of your laundry during your stay.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private balcony for a more personal space to relax. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
There are two bathrooms in total, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
Guests also benefit from private parking for one car, making it a perfect choice for those exploring the island by vehicle.

The property is located in a peaceful residential area of Caniço, a charming coastal town on Madeira Island known for its subtropical climate, stunning natural landscapes, and relaxed atmosphere. Just a short distance from the property, you'll find a variety of local conveniences including cafés, bakeries, small shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to access everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The neighbourhood offers a mix of sea views and mountain scenery and is well connected to the rest of the island. Nearby, you'll discover the beautiful Garajau and Reis Magos beaches, both part of protected marine nature reserves, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. Nature lovers can also explore the scenic Levada da Azenha hiking trail and the lush gardens of Quinta Splendida.
Just minutes away, you’ll find the Cristo Rei viewpoint and cable car, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Caniço also boasts several restaurants serving traditional Madeiran cuisine, including espetada, fresh seafood, and local drinks like poncha. The area provides a calm alternative to Funchal while still being just a short drive from the island’s capital and the airport.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Viaduto 1, is just a 3-minute walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
