Easy check-in and friendly clerk. Property was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious. I would recommend that the hotel swap out pillows to more comfortable ones.
Room condition was fine, pull out couch had no sheets with it and had to go down to front desk to find some after front desk phone wasnât answered. When they say pet friendly they mean pet friendly for almost $50 a night hidden fee.
The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and if we needed anything they were right there for us. The breakfast was good and the wifi was fast! 100% recommend. It was nice staying somewhere we were made to feel welcomed. The staff works very hard and their customer service is top tier!
There were motion sensitive lights in this room that went on at all hours of the night when there was NO movement in the room. There were stains in the furniture that were disgusting. Also, the last two times I used Hotels.com I was given ADA compliant rooms for no reason. I will not return to this hotel.
Staff was exceptional. Very kind, polite people. My room was spotless when I arrived, and my "do not disturb" was respected. I gave four stars instead of five, as my door was ridiculously heavy and would loudly slam if I didn't soften the close, and there was a strong smell of mold coming from the sink drain. Otherwise, zero complaints, and I would happily stay there again.
Everything was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just one thing is that always Confirm with the hotel with your reservation because Expedia didnât the hotel the right days of reservation.
Called in advance to let them know i would be arriving for a very late check in time, no answer or call back, arrived and no one at front desk, (around 1am), then out of nowhere a person in a t shirt and backwards hat greeted us, looked more like a guest than than
