The holiday home has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with pretty wall tiles, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with corner bathtub) as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The outdoor area features a great pool area with sun loungers and outdoor showers, a covered terrace with seating, a sun terrace with a barbecue area and a dining area where you can have freshly prepared meals together. From the balcony you also have a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and mountains while the beautifully-landscaped garden exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A supermarket is 1.2 km or a 3-minute drive away and a restaurant is 800 m from the house. The stone beach Sol d'en Serra and the Cala Llonga, with its crystal clear water, are about 8 km away.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, pool towels and towels are included in the price. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. A small welcome package with drinks and snacks awaits you at the check-in. During your stay the gardens and swimming pool will be maintained and the towels will be changed. Parties and music are not allowed after midnight.
