Courteous staff. Great location. Good value for money. Room was 80 percent of the way there, it is an older building but a lot of corners were cut on the renovation of the rooms. Not bad overall, but I might stay somewhere else next time I’m visiting Santa Fe.

It was clean. The rooms are small with one sink. There was a counter outside the bathroom that should have a sink so you can brush your teeth or get water for the coffee machine while someone uses the bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious. No microwave, which would have been nice to heat water for tea. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for chargers and other items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because of this noise mechanical noise that would start up about every hour and last for 5 to 10 minutes. I could never find it, but now that I think about it, the noise was probably coming from the refrigerator compressor. This kept me awake most of the night.

I've stayed here before and generally appreciate the hotel quite a bit. The rooms are nice, the location is great, and the price is good. There were two issues this time that kept me from ranking the hotel much higher. The hot water was marginally functional,on the first day it was barely warm and the second day it was not freezing but genuinely cold, so a shower was about 45 seconds long. The hotel knew of the problem but didn't mention it to us (I asked at checkout). Also, my bed was very quite misshapen. A significant dip in the bed, which made it less than comfortable. The other bed was ok.

For what it is, it’s perfect. My only issue was the water didn’t get very hot in the mornings. Other than that, it has big rooms, comfortable beds and sheets, and a great location to downtown Sante Fe. Enjoy! And tell them to insulate their water pipes. LOL

Check in was quick. Staff not so friendly. Not rude just not so friendly. Bathroom was freezing cold. Water pressure for shower was lacking. Carpet was dirty. Cold air could be felt blowing through a 8” spot on door located by door knob. Temp outside was 20 degrees.

Plenty of unused space in the room. They could add some chairs or tables for luggage. Shower water was lukewarm until I let staff know. Later it improved to slightly hot. Huge parking lot, so I don't understand why a parking fee is added.

Excellent stay. Clean inside and outside, friendly staff, convenient to downtown attractions, lots of parking (daily paid onsite in addition to room charge, and worth it). Great off-season value. Would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely the best motel I've stayed in. Nice up to date room that was impeccably clean. Nice and professional staff. Keurig and plenty of coffee in the room. Parking is $10 a day and since the motel is right in the heart town there are tons of things to do within walking distance. The attached Chinese restaurant is great. If you are looking for a great "base camp" to explore Santa Fe, this is a great choice.
