Valet employees need to be friendlier. Mattress hard as rock. The only shop there that sells toiletries closes too early and opens too late. Check in was perfect. Coffee shop perfect.

What a perfect location! I arrived later than planned and the staff was accommodating and kind. My only wish is that I would have been able to stay longer to enjoy the shops on the property that were closed before my late arrival and early checkout.

People were nice, room was outdated, heated pool and hot tub weren't used because you have to walk down a long hallway and between the front desk and lounge area (with lots of people). I booked nearby spas, instead (three days). Didn't use the Loretto spa, valet, hot tub, pool or any other amenity. They still charged $150 for the stay ($35/night for "amenities"). I called twice and they refused to refund. If the rooms had been updated, the toilet didn't have a problem (they had to fix it mid-stay) and the amenities were used, I wouldn't have had a problem. Ludicrous that they charged this. Nice on the outside, run down on the inside. I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but for the charge at the end.
