Check in was super fast, front desk woman was very sweet and polite. There was a light on in the room so we didn’t come in to darkness with no idea where the switches were (a slight peeve of mine when it comes to staying in strange places away from home). Open parking right in front of the room. The room was spotless and good temperature. Everything was amazing!

The check in clerk wouldn't give me a room on the first floor for my aged dog. He said I bought it though a 3rd party. I've never had this problem before and I've been staying at La Quinta 4 times a year. Very disappointed.

Fast, friendly and efficient check in. Plenty of close parking but you do have to walk outside to get to breakfast. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese, waffles. The breakfast attendant made sure everything was full. Coffee available at other times.

This hotel was horrible. We booked three rooms, all of which were supposed to be the same and have the same amenities. One room was missing the fridge and microwave, one room had urine and toilet paper in the toilet when they first went into it, and all the rooms smelled like smoke. The pool was lagoon green! Do not recommend!

First the online pictures are very misleading. I would not intentionally pick a hotel with the room doors on the outside. Upon entering the room the light didn’t work and when I did find a light I was unpleasantly surprised by the uncleanliness of the room. With the property being so old and not updated you can’t possibly get that clean. The bathroom door was broke, there was broken furniture and everything else was chipped or scratched. Both the night and day attendants were rude. Was an unpleasant experience.

The TV did not work in one room. The wake up calls did not CALL. making him miss his morning appointments. The elevator did not work, forcing the handicapped to walk up three flights of stairs the homeless problem you had in the breakfast area was alarming.
