Comfortable, well maintained property that's basically on the plaza. Clean and quiet. There is construction happening across the street as of October 2024 that may impact weekday late sleepers. Otherwise fantastic

Very clean, extremely convenient to the plaza, safe, fabulous bed and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great living room separate from bedroom. The best part? The service by the management company, Santuario. They were so helpful and nice!

More of a Hotel suite than luxury apartment

Location is great. Once we checked in the property manager described the unit as a studio apartment, which is more of an accurate description. The bathroom was okay, however, the toilet room needed to have the baseboards installed. The raw edge of the drywall at the floor level shouldn't have been exposed. Overall, it met our needs, but not our expectations given the price . We were a little underwhelmed.

Great location to the convention center

Was attending a three day convention and this was PERFECT for that. There is only a microwave for cooking, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, this was fantastic!!! Great location to many restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and very well presented.

Blissful staycation

This was a wonderful room. The check in process was very easy. The parking situation was a no-brainer right behind the VRBO and less than a five minute walk to the plaza didn’t have to drive anywhere. Everything was perfectly within walking distance the room was clean and spacious enough for two people to enjoy, I would definitely rent again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Best bathroom I've ever been in before, just based off the floor alone. Floor in bathroom/shower is great. Different temperatures for different rooms, ice maker in the room. Smart TV. 10/10

Superb location and very comfortable

This place lacks some of the charm of old Santa Fe accommodations but it is superbly convenient, clean as a whistle, efficient, comfortable and remarkably quiet (recognizing that it is right downtown!). The manager could not have been more friendly and helpful. And the price (off season) was almost unbelievable! Have tried many VRBOs in Santa Fe and this is by far the best.

The room was well-maintained and nice with friendly staff

My biggest two issues were view amd noise. The walls are too thin and noises in the hall sound like someone might be in the condo with me. Also, my view of the parkling lot was ok but I wanted mountains and the dining room window wouldn’t even open to help cross-ventilate. Although nice, I will probably not be back- just too much lodging competition in Santa Fe.

Very comfortable!

The unit was very comfortable....especially the bedroom! We had off street parking next door and it was also in easy walking distance to the square. We liked that it was just far enough removed to be away from the crowds. It was well stocked with everything you really needed. We could have used one more spoon (there was only one). We failed to mention this. I’m certain that it would have been corrected if we had. AdobeStar personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!
