This property was extremely nice. The furnishings were really high quality but cozy. The house was decorated in a great Santa Fe style. There were so many extras especially in the kitchen. We would love to stay here again.
Everything about this place is perfect - the location (easy walk to Canyon Rd, 20 minutes to Plaza), the decor (were we in a Ralph Lauren ad?) and the comfort (we didnât want to leave to go out to eat). It was a great place and much bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was just the two of us but we thought it would be perfect for two couples. We stayed in and cooked on the Viking stove one night. Just hanging out on the comfy couch or enjoying a beautiful fall day was all we really needed to do. The place had absolutely no deferred maintenance. Not a speck of dirt, not a ding in the paint, not a weed in the courtyard and not even a tiny cobweb. We loved our stay and will be back for sure.
This property is a true vrbo dream home. As soon as you walk in, you have the "wow" factor. Classic adobe style Santa Fe original with an amazing interior at a great location. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to visit Santa Fe. It doesn't get better than this true beauty.
First night came home to power outage. No candles, lighters, flashlights or matches. Called property management, power outage city wide. Power returned by 10:30 pm. No follow up next day. Next day we were resting, all of a sudden they were power washing the bedroom windows, walls and doing construction near hot tub. (Also unable to use hot tub, area locked). Maintenance continued next day. Home was beautiful but we had to clean off outdoor furniture and yard looked unkept. Sprinkler head off causing some flooding near rose bushes. Dropped off key in mailbox, unsure if that was correct but called and left message as to location. No f/up. Other than these minor issues the property itself was beautiful and proximity to areas we enjoyed while we were visiting was perfect. We hope to return in near future.
We had a long weekend stay in Western Cowboy. The photos don't do this property justice. It's just beautiful and more museum than house. It truly is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood in the historic east side near Canyon Road. The only issue is that the backyard is separated by a wooden fence very close to another property. This didn't bother us, it was still very quiet, but if you plan to spend time outside and want true privacy, this home backs up to another property. Otherwise, the house is very clean, well-appointed with plenty of extra towels and pillows, and well-stocked. Don't forget to get wood for the kiva fireplaces. Would definitely stay again.
Western Cowboy was an absolute oasis. We really enjoyed the sprawling layout and all the unique spaces it provided for us to tuck into. The kitchen was well appointed, and the hot tub was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
We were on a trip west to spark some artistic inspiration, shop for western items and hike in northern NM. The rental was amazing from first walk thru the door. Lovely well appointed furnishings, art everywhere, and we had a pinion fire at least twice a day. (Rios firewood was close by to purchase wood by the wheelbarrow load) It was much too cold to hang out in the wonderful back courtyard but we enjoyed cooking and spending time indoors since the interior spaces were so cozy. Nice spacious dining room and living room to gather for 4 of us. Great location and we could walk to Canyon Road and the plaza. We are aware that many galleries and shops are closed in January/February but we have our favorite shopping and dining out experiences and have visited Santa Fe many times. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Off street parking is important to us for ease of load/unloading. Neighborhood safe and we felt secure inside. (Hot tub did not work during our stay but management handled it to our satisfaction) Thanks & weâll be back! Highly recommended.
Just beautiful! Decorated with utmost detail and furnishings are on point. Hot tub was clean & worked great
Lovely neighborhood and environs.
(One request: please replace mattress in Master Suiteđ).
This place is unbelievable! Perfect in every way. The 3 indoor fireplaces were a welcome addition to the ambience.
We loved how it was decorated. The reference to Randy Travis and his wife Lib on the table in the kitchen and the belt buckles on hutch in the living room were priceless. We were actually surprised that the management company didn't mention this in the Vrbo listing.
Four adults appreciated this vintage Pueblo style home in a true local neighborhood. The decor was unique and had some amazing pieces of folk art. It would have been nice to know the provenance of the art. Good beds and kitchen supplies. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and a bbq grill is available. Easy communication with the property management. It would be nice to avoid going to the office to obtain and drop off the keys.
Love this place!!
The perfect accommodations for us to introduce our friends to the beauty of Santa Fe.
Walking distance to Canyon road and the plaza, as well as nearby hikes.
The back porch and yard were ideal for visiting with local friends as well. And unwinding every night with a bottle of wine in the private hot tub.
I tried several times before booking to reach out to the property manager to learn more about the hot tub privacy. It took months to get a response- so that was the only hiccup.
The property management company was excellent and easy to work with.
Definitely my favorite rental spot in Santa Fe.
This place was perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. Off the beaten path, quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all the activities in downtown.
Amazing unique decor and love that local artists are featured in the home. All the kitchen amenities necessary. Very comfortable beds, spacious yard with privacy for the hot tub and evening conversations. The lilacs in bloom in May were a special treat.
We booked this property with the hope of finding the âreal feelâ of Santa Fe for my wifeâs brother and his wife who were making their first visit here. This property delivers magnificently. Located a short walk from Canyon Road and another 15 minutes into the city center it is well placed in a quiet neighborhood. The decor has been carefully curated so each space feels special and a treat to the eye. The outdoor patio looks onto a quiet yard and is the perfect spot for cocktails and Al fresco dining. We were surprised at the overall size of this home, as it seems quite a bit bigger than the photos suggest. The kitchen is a gourmet cookâs dream with high end appliances and plenty of cookware. We are cooks and prefer to enjoy dinners in, so this was highly appreciated. Loved it all and would happily visit again!
Excellent location, extremely clean, itâs like a museum! Quiet neighborhood, stocked kitchen, cozy backyard. The only downfall was the master bed, it was not very comfortable.
