High quality and modern Villa Marina in Son Serra de Marina with four bedrooms, open and bright living space and private pool, a few minutes walk from the sea.

44372 Villa Marina:
Villa Marina is located in the popular seaside resort of Son Serra de Marina in the northeast of the island. It was only completed in May 2019. The property is minimalist, modern and of high quality furniture, with great accents so a real eye-catcher. The bright living-dining area with a large window front is modern and yet very cozy, with a sofa corner and dining area. The open and fully equipped kitchen completes the overall picture. The pool terrace is partially covered, perfect for spending the day at the private pool. The four bedrooms are also very modern and bright, one of them with bathroom en suite. There are two double bedrooms with access to the pool, and two more with two single beds each. The bathroom en suite has a large shower. In addition to the 2nd Shower room there is a guest toilet. The villa is about 900 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about 1200 meters away. Son Serra has so far been spared from large hotel castles, but offers everything for daily needs with various restaurants, a few bars, 2 smaller supermarkets and a pharmacy. Can Picafort is 9 km away for larger purchases and shopping.
