BEDBUGS! Violation of VERMIN clause of the Implied Warranty of Habitability in California that prohibits rentals with vermin per Civil Code Section 1941.1 indicating that landlords must maintain rental properties in a safe and livable condition. Report to County for violation for house and VRBO for hosting.
