Great house!

The house was perfect for two moms and six kids! Tucked away on a culdesac that isn't busy at all. The house was clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, balls, skateboards, etc). One minute from the Grayton shuttle that drops you off at the beach! Can't recommend this house enough! We will def be booking it again!

We have stayed in this property several times and love it. Our only complaint is there was mold in the showers and pink mold around the base of the sinks (ground sealant area). We bought Clorox clean up and it cleaned up nicely. The sheets are really cheep and not soft. We will rent again.

Beautiful luxurious homes. Booked with coastal dreamin for well over 6 years and it's has been great experience each time . Everything that you need is in this home. The only thing we wish that we could use the bikes for our rides to the local stores near by. It's not a big deal. Thank you to the owners and Costaldreamin for making my life easy and sharing this beautiful home. Just a suggestion but it's no big deal . Maybe just maybe a special card name for the renter to see upon our arrival to feel welcome/special . It would be a nice touch I think;)

Superb Stay!

House is gorgeous , plenty of space to spread out with a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms , and wraparound porches with seating upstairs and downstairs . Kitchen has everything you could ever need- best equipped of any rental I have been to . House was spotless. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely all newer homes . The beach is amazing ! We went to Grayton State Park every day. Absolutely gorgeous , quiet and plenty of space to spread out , with bathrooms and showers and parking . Loved the trail there also for walking . We also biked to the main Grayton Beach entrance, Red Bar and Chiringo - were perfect too for lunch, dinner and pre and post sunset drinks. Also took the free shuttle two blocks from the house to the main Grayton entrance. So convenient and easy. Grayton has so much character , never feels crowded, so beautiful and cool. We also enjoyed biking to all the great restaurants and shops so close by- Grace 30A, Black Bear Bakery, Grayton Seafood , Borago , Bad Ass Coffee, Crackings etc… So many cute shops too ! Overall fabulous! We also loved biking to Watercolor and Seaside which was a beautiful easy bike ride away. Would definitely stay here again !

Amazing!

This beautiful house was perfect for our family. Location is in the center of 30A making it easy to visit both ends. Beach accesses were fabulous and not crowded. Grayton Dunes access(behind Red Bar) so large, wide beach , no rental chairs set up ( unless you want to rent one), no private beach signs in sight. Surrounded by state park , so you can walk and be completely alone! Western lake opens to the gulf right there, so what's wonderful spot for kids to play in a safe area of the dune lake - which is great for red flag days or little ones. Grayton free shuttle is a couple blocks from house. Fabulous Grayton State Park is the other close beach access - can bike or drive just a few minutes . House is gorgeous , spacious and loved all ensuite bathrooms . Well stocked everything you need. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach toys . Beds are so comfortable ! Kitchen is amazingly stocked. Neighborhood pool is lovely and never had anyone in it when we went. Loved biking around Grayton, and to Seaside and Watercolor. Walked and biked to great restaurants- Black Bear Bakery, Hurricanes, Chanticleer, Red Bar, Chiringo , Borago, Grace 30A, Grayton Seafood. Could walk to dinner every night. So relaxing , super clean, easy check in, responsive management. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return next year .

Best beach trip ever!

My family and I loved our stay at this gorgeous beach house. We hadn't visited Grayton Beach before , but we will for sure return ! It was in the center of 30A so it made it easy to visit the east and west end. The neighborhood was quiet and so lovely , house was brand new and spotless and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool, steps from the house and always had it to ourselves. Grayton Beach was never really crowded like some other 30A beaches. We always got front row. There are not privately owned beaches in sight , state park on both sides , and rental chairs if you want them . The dune lake was right on the beach and kids loved playing in it. So cool ! Loved all the shops and restaurants so close by. Grayton Beach State park was just around the corner also . Loved it !

Beautiful Stay in Grayton

Our family thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Seaside Rendez-vous. The house is new, very clean, beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the pool was steps from the house. Fantastic location to explore 30A . We loved biking around Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Grayton Beach and also Grayton Beach State Park were amazing ! It was never crowded and plenty of room to set up . No private beach signs in sight! A real hidden gem of 30A. So many restaurants , boutiques and coffee shops close by , we loved checking them all out. Can't wait to come back and get to the ones we missed, Appreciated every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom ! House is luxurious and spotless. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Loved the backpack beach chairs , wagon and beach gear/toys. Loved sitting on the porches any time of day. Beds were so comfy, everyone slept great. We will be back for sure !

Perfect Beach House!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ! It is a quick bike ride to Grayton Beach, which is gorgeous and much less crowded than Seaside and Watercolor . Also biked to Grayton Beach State Park. We loved biking the area - to Seaside , Watercolor , Grayton . Loved all the shops and restaurants we could walk or bike to in Grayton - Black Bear Bread Company is steps away and a favorite. The house is practically brand new, spotlessly clean and has a great layout . We loved the luxurious ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. Loved the smart TVs in each room , fully equipped kitchen , plush towels , and quiet community pool steps from the door. Lovely quiet neighborhood close to everything in the center of 30A. Enjoyed the convenience of Publix nearby and also Blue Mountain Creamery and Pecan Jacks for ice cream . We had a wonderful stay , the managment company was a pleasure to work with . Hope to come back soon !

Fantastic stay in gorgeous Grayton Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new construction home in Grayton Beach. Everything is new and spotless . There was plenty of space for everyone . Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom , which we really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for meal preparation and serving, We loved relaxing on the covered porches. The neighborhood is small and quiet and the pool is steps away. Location is wonderful. We loved being able to bike to Seaside and Watercolor. No need to find parking ! We loved walking to the shops at Grayton- Black Bear Bakery and Nanbu Noodle Bar were steps away and great. Grayton Beach was so beautiful and uncrowded! We've stayed other places where there is a lot of private beach and little room for visitors. Not in Grayton! Wide beautiful beach surrounded by Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake. Set up anywhere you want ! Chair service available , but can bring your own too. Loved sunsets every night , and Red Bar and Chiringo, Definitely recommend !

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome stay at Grayton Beach. The house was amazing, practically brand new! The kitchen was well-appointed for those that want to stay in and cook. The bunk room was a huge hit for the kids too. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning beach house

The Libert's home is to die for! Just a short bike ride from the powder sand and turquoise blue water of Grayton Beach and Grayton Beach State Park, rated “Best beach in America” in 2020, the home is the perfect place to come back to relax after a fun day at the beach, or shopping in Seaside or Rosemary Beach. We loved the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen to make all our meals if we wanted or go out to the many restaurants in Grayton Beach or Seaside. The place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms clean and fresh. We loved grilling on the barbecue out back as well off the kitchen! Neighbors were very friendly as well! We had a blast! Will definitely come again soon and definitely stay here!

Fabulous stay in Grayton Beach

My family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful new home in Grayton Beach. Everything is new and spotless . It is modern , spacious and wonderfully located. Appreciated the comfortable beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom ! The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. So much space , we were really spoiled. We loved biking to the beach , and exploring the neighborhoods on bike. It was an easy pleasant bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. We loved all the shops and eateries so close by. Grayton Beach is amazing - and no over run with chair rentals ( though they are available if you need ). We loved using the backpack beach chairs , umbrellas , beach wagon , boogie boards , ping pong table , cornhole game , outdoor shower . Overall , amazing time , and we will be back next year !

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Grayton. Much more laid back than Seaside and the beaches were not crowded. There were a lot of pluses to staying here. New construction, quiet community, lovely full-time neighbors, and a nearly always empty pool. There is currently construction going on around the home but it was not a nuisance. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We did rent a golf cart to use when there, in the future we will look for a home with a cart rental included - you will likely want one if you stay here. There are places to eat close by - Chanticleer, Hurricane, Black Bear to name a few that are not ocean side. The house has a traditional coffee maker, and includes all kitchen items you would expect. Do plan to byo beach towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels. Very little is left as noted in your rental agreement. The house did include 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We were told by the management company they did not guarantee the chairs so we used a chair service but would not have had we known. There were very few bath towels and less bath mats - this is new so that may be why - but housekeeping did bring us more towels mid week since we did not have enough for our party of 9. As a side note - we did set the fire alarm off - twice - just using the oven and stove top, we did learn to start the fan on high before cooking. And, as someone who cleans up every day, I would recommend a microfiber mop to manage the sand you unintentionally bring inside, just an idea. We had the best week - perfect weather - we will be back!

There are places to eat close by - Chanticleer, Hurricane, Black Bear to name a few that are not ocean side. The house has a traditional coffee maker, and includes all kitchen items you would expect. Do plan to byo beach towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels. Very little is left as noted in your rental agreement. The house did include 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We were told by the management company they did not guarantee the chairs so we used a chair service but would not have had we known. There were very few bath towels and less bath mats - this is new so that may be why - but housekeeping did bring us more towels mid week since we did not have enough for our party of 9. As a side note - we did set the fire alarm off - twice - just using the oven and stove top, we did learn to start the fan on high before cooking. And, as someone who cleans up every day, I would recommend a microfiber mop to manage the sand you unintentionally bring inside, just an idea. We had the best week - perfect weather - we will be back!
