Love the furniture it was so comfortable, the bed was super comfortable and the location was fantastic . Easy to get to beach amd shopping . Would stay here again and again!!

Location was perfect for us, few steps and you are on the beach, restaurants, gas station and convenient store are walking distance! The apartment is very confortable, kitchen with all you need to cook. Easy check in in and check out process. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach!The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Both the king-size bed and sectional sofa bed were very comfortable. My kids love staying here and especially enjoy relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. I also appreciated the addition of a change machine in the laundry room—very convenient!

Perfect for a long weekend

Great spot for a long weekend. Location is right where you want to be, across from the beach, and just down the street from restaurants, bars, and Seaside. Our toddler especially loved walking out on the private patio. Would definitely consider staying here next time we are on 30A.

Wonderful!

Condominium 7E was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and in a wonderful location. Very close to beach, at most a few minutes. Close to great restaurants in Seagrove, and a short bike ride to the popular village of Seaside. Property of Beachwood Villa’s well maintained and clean. Both pools were perfect after spending time on the beach. Will definitely use this property again!

Near beach access

It has been 6 years since I have vacationed along 30A so I was surprised how you can only walk to and from the beach using public beach access! We came in for a short weekend so we really appreciated how close this unit was to the beach walk over path! You can also easily walk to the Tom Thumb, stores and many restaurants. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. Happy we chose this location.

Easy access to so much

The property was a great location to walk to restaurants and beach access. It lacked a little in the way of cleanliness as the bathroom needed to be wiped down better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us, but we didn’t cook much. The kitchen was very clean and functional. We’ve stayed at Beachwood villas many times and this one was as good as some of others we have stayed in. Did the job and we got to enjoy to beauty of Seagrove Beach yet again.

Everything you need, Nothing that you Don't

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for a family of three and had everything we needed. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk (this is door to sand), Dough Sea Donuts was maybe a 10 minute walk and there were several other restaurants that were within walking distance. The condo is dated but extremely clean. Even with 3 people, beach towels and swim suits it smelled clean our entire trip. It's in a great location. We enjoyed the pool but we really loved the shuffleboard court! I messaged the manager about our patio door lock not catching and it was completely fixed within 2 days of my original message. Highly recommend Beachwood Villas. We would stay here again!

The listing states this property had been refurbished. All appliances and furniture were mostly old!! No instructions for the TV or the Cable system. Just overpriced for what it was.

BEWARE, this unit is filthy dirty, has old, worn out furniture and the managing company, Ocean Reef has the worst customer service I've every experienced. The sheets were scratchy and dingy. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we left after one.

Pros: Clean unit. Enjoyed sitting on the porch—it’s a pretty view. Location is great—1 minute walk to the beach, Tom Thumb convenience store is next door, and unit is close to a bike rental. Has a coffee maker. WiFi was fast. Cons: Door code was not provided to us to get in, and it was changed during our stay and we got locked out. The management we called were prompt, but it was an inconvenience to resolve. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower and bathroom sink drains are clogged.

Unit needs attention

The location of this condo was great for going to the beach. The amenities were nice but the condo itself was not a place I’d stay again. The unit was tired. The door mats and bedroom carpet was really dirty - we couldn’t go barefoot because our feet turned brown. The towel rack was falling off the wall and paint was peeling in the bathroom. I would not recommend this particular unit.

Nice condo, poor management

This condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and in a great location for a value in Seagrove. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. It's time to replace the mattress, but other than that we had no complaints about the property itself. However, we had a problem with a clogged shower drain that was not resolved until the 5th day of our stay. Ocean Reef Management was not responsive in correcting this routine maintenance issue in a timely manner. We sent daily maintenance requests for this issue. Finally, the 3rd repair person partially unclogged the drain so that we were not forced to shower while standing in 4" of dirty water. We will never again stay in a rental that is managed by Ocean Reef.
