An Overall Great Stay

We loved our stay at the Beachwood Villas. The property was very clean and perfect for our stay. We love staying here because it’s very convenient to the things we most enjoy on 30A. The bed was very comfortable and the simple decor was perfect. I do think this property is a little more pricier than some others we have used in the same complex, so that is a drawback. The communication was very prompt. We wish the internet connection were better. It was difficult to watch TV at times and you couldn’t connect your phone and watch at the same time. We asked about coffee and were told it was stocked with a Keurig, but then found a drip in the cabinet. We purchased one when it wasn’t necessary. My only other request would be extra toiletries. One roll of toilet paper will not get you through a week!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here, the proximity to restaurants and the beach was great. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to do. The condo was nice. It was the perfect size for two people. We had plenty of towels and everything was clean. We did have issues getting the TVs in the living room and bedroom working consistently and the WiFi was unreliable. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great condo

Spacious one bedroom with a king size bed and a bunkbed in the living room. Perfect for four people. Nice kitchen and bathroom with plenty of cookware and appliances. Nice deck with a table and chairs. Definitely recommend this one!

Great price for the location

You won’t find a better location on 30a for the price. Short walk across the street to beach access. Unit was very clean. My only complaints were some items felt outdated, coffee pot was broken, but overall still 5 stars for this rental. King bed was very comfortable and my daughter loved having a bunk bed. We will stay here again!

We’ve stayed at Beachwood Villas before in a different unit but this unit was not as convenient. Know before you go no starter necessities..zero toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towels, dish washer pods. And can’t check in not even a min early even if the cleaning crew are done. And wasn’t the cleanest either.

Super cute and very short walk to beach

Loved staying here! The decor is very cute and it was stocked well. Very clean place, updated shower and comfortable bed. Back deck overlooks a cute and shaded courtyard. It was quiet and family oriented. It is about a half block to cross 30 A and directly across from public beach access walkway. This made it very easy to get to the beach. If you can't stay directly on the beach this is a great option! Would definitely book again.

VRBO confusion - bizarre experience

I booked a weekend at a modern, neat studio apartment property that had bicycles, which was the main draw, so that I could easily get around the busy beach neighborhoods. However, what I was given from VRBO in my confirmation email was a different unit altogether. We were placed in this one-bedroom (no bikes) in the same apartment complex as the studio apartment...but it was not what I clicked on to book. We didn't catch the mistake until we stepped inside and I thought ("huh..this looks different than I expected.."). This unit was a good size but it was dirty, even after the cleaning crew came back a second time there was still hair on the base boards and debris/crumbs littering the corners. The bed sheets were slightly stained (we were given new ones after the cleaning crew came back and we changed our own sheets). Not the best experience. Not sure what happened but feels like a bait and switch by VRBO. We called and didn't get anywhere with customer service, they couldn't even locate my reservation so I had to email it to them.

This property was absolutely DISGUSTING. All of the furniture was stained and nasty, including the bedroom comforter that had a HUGE brown stain on it that was just covered with a duvet cover. The bed squeaked so terribly, and there was no curtains on the window - meaning the sun woke you up blaring in your eyes every morning at 5 am. All of the air vents were completely rusted (GROSS) and the overall quality of the condo was just plain DIRTY! Floors weren’t clean upon arrival either. This condo is very outdated and if you look on the Beachwood Villa site they have way better units (updated and clean) for cheaper than this one was listed. I will never rent from this company again. You should be embarrassed at the quality of this condo.

Family trip

Everything was great as far as I’m concerned! Plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrella and floats were a huge plus! I will say we only had 4 washcloths for 4 people for 5 days. We also noticed that 2 of the pieces of molding to the entry door and bedroom were not attached so every time we walked over them they would come off. Another thing, the porch was great but along the bottom are exposed screws that I caught my foot on multiple times. So be careful.

Love the Location

Location was great! I know this is a beach property but felt that it could have been much cleaner. There was sand everywhere including the sofa and there are areas in the bathroom and kitchen that needed more attention. The master bed squeaked so much that we could not sleep well. Would recommend fixing that. Could be as simple as some WD40. We breathed and the bed made noise.

The property was very clean & conveniently located to the beach!

Renting the condo was an easy process. Communication with the company was easy, I had some questions they were easily answered with a phone call to a helpful associate. Once I arrived I found the accommodations clean and family friendly. Most of all I love that it was a short walk to the beach!
