Pros: very close proximity to the beach & town, nice amenities inside the home, just a small bike ride away from the pool & grocery store, huge wrap around porch! Cons: SUPER loud traffic on the main road- 30A. This house is right on 30A so you can hear trucks, golf carts & kids until the late evening & again in the early morning- bring sound machines!

Evening noise and foot traffic was too much and would warn families with young children. Safety was a concern and a rental bike was stolen. We love Seaside and would love to stay at Sip N Dip again, but may consider a more private property if we return over spring break.

We’ve stayed in Seaside and Watercolor many times and this was the best location. I rated the property’s condition lower because the kitchen could stand an update. Very small dishwasher, not a lot of cooking stuff. The kitchen didn’t negatively effect our stay because we ate out for most of our meals. And the house is so convenient to restaurants. The rest of the house is great. Good layout, comfortable beds. We loved the front porches for people watching.

Reviewer Comments: Property was conveniently located- a bit noisy on the road there, right on 30a but love that it was near the beach across the street literally. Would’ve been nice to be able to store our clothing as the bedrooms had really no space really other than hanging up in the closet. Couldn’t find the iron. It is close to everything which is great for eating out because the house really isn’t set up at all for cooking. With a five night stay I would’ve expected. They could’ve left more than two rolls of toilet paper for the week but not a big deal. There was no way to clean the bathroom as there was no cleaning brush or supplies in the bathroom. Overall a decent property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very clean! Bathroom door to outside shower being full glass was a very poor design choice. You can see right through it despite having frosted glass. Then having maintenance there working on outside shower one day meant we couldn’t use the shower or restroom that afternoon. It should be replaced with a solid door. The maintenance was not an emergency issue so we should have been informed about the repair before check-in or texted or called ahead rather than someone showing up at the door.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home Owners Collection Agency were great. Unfortunately the house was not. Old, dilapidated and urgent need for repairs & maintenance. Sub par when compared to similar properties. We have been vacationing at Seaside for over 16 years and this house is the worst. The only reason we took Sip n Dip was it was one of the very last few available & the pictures presented on the web site look great, this was clearly not reality. Its strongly recommended to take the home off the rental agency to ensure the Seaside standard is maintained.
