Most Beautiful Property in Most Peaceful Neighborhood

This is a gorgeous house in beautiful and peaceful Watersound West Beach. The house is very well equipped with updated everything and beautiful furnishings. It has everything you need for cooking, grilling, and beach going (carts, chairs, bikes, etc). The property has a small fenced in yard which is great for pets (and kids). It is on the pond so no one behind you and a very secluded feeling on the awesome back porch. Very close (three blocks) to pool and boardwalk to beach. Golf cart brand new. It was perfect for our three teens, grandparents, and parents. Could not say more about the beautiful neighborhood. Has a low rental proportion and you can tell with how people care for their homes and the community. Right next to state park so beach is not crowded at all. Easy 2 mile bike ride to BigChill and shops, super easy half mile ride to Fish House, coffee shop, ice cream. We loved our visit.

Time away from sub-zero temps

Absolutely loved our stay! While it was cool for Florida, we didn’t mind. We walked every day. Love the walking/bike trails in this area. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. This is not a party area, so revelers will need to search elsewhere. My husband and I work remotely, so we were able to get out of Wisconsin and enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean at this immaculately kept home.

Already thinking about going back

The house and property were beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved having access to the golf cart. Fun! Getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy and the location of the neighborhood in proximity to the little towns and beaches is great. The beach was spectacular as usual. So quiet and peaceful. I was blessed to be in the master bedroom upstairs and slept so comfortably. I loved waking up in that space. It was so calm and serene. I was told the downstairs master bed sinks in the middle so they were rolling towards each other at night. I do believe the pictures make the driveway, living and dining area appear to be bigger than they are (typical realestate pics) Management was all over the issuss I told them about.1- ice maker was noisy and needed to be cleaned so they sent someone out 2 -the coffee pot was cracked so the replaced it basically within minutes 3 -there were a handful of glasses with chips in the rim (we just set those to the side) 4 - all the bike tires were flat. We had a bike pump with is so we pumped them up and they were fine but if we didn’t have it that would have been an issue. We were anxious to get in so maybe we rushed the cleaning crew. They may have found these things on their own if they had more time in between guests. None of these things were deal breakers and the spacious home, beautiful furnishings, natural light etc., thats what we will remember. And how quickly they replaced that coffee pot lol. That was pretty amazing haha

Neighborhood glamor on 30A

This bungalow was perfect for our extended family summer retreat. With 4 large bedrooms and an open living and kitchen area, it was the perfect spot for a laid back vacation. The location was ideal for our needs, bikeable to the beach or a short ride on the included golf cart. Everything was easy! We could not have enjoyed our stay more! Would love to come back maybe when the weather cools off just a touch so we could really get cozy on the wraparound back porch with a fireplace! Just a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Great house!

We had a great week! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 children/teens. Everyone had their own space and were very comfortable. The golf cart and bikes were perfect for getting around. We will be back for sure!

A lot of little things

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Watersound; the house and location are perfect! With that said, throughout the stay there were a lot of little things that were inconveniences. For example, the house was not very well stocked with basic essentials you would expect to be provided such as dishwater detergent, tissue paper and we had to stock these ourselves. On the other hand, the management company did mail us back our tablet that we left there, which we really appreciated.

Fabulous house with everything you need for a great vacation.

Great location! This home is stunning and the attention to details, furnishing, cleanliness are all amazing. Walkable to the pool and easily accessible to the beach. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen will have everything you could possibly need. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Perfect!

Beautiful Beach House

Easy check-in and never had to contact the rental company as everything was provided anyone could ever need! Great neighborhood, quiet and very private. Beautiful home, immaculate, plenty of spice for a family and friends! Loved my time spent on the porches!!! So fun having the lake right out of our door. Made for beautiful scenery! Golf cart and wagon were wonderful to use to go back and forth to the pool and beach! Beach was not busy and a beautiful walk! Had an amazing time and would definitely go back!!!

Peaceful Beach Trip

This home was perfect inside and out. The communication with the owners was always informative. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need, especially beach essentials (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, and bicycles.) The only thing that could have made this trip any better was if the golf cart was allowed off property to drive to dinner or shopping. We would definitely stay in this gorgeous home again.

Beautiful beach getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed as far as dishes, cookware, etc. I do wish there had been some salt, pepper and seasonings in the cabinet so we didn’t have to buy full jars to be thrown out. But other than that everything was fabulous! The neighborhood is beautiful! The beach access was great
