Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful location right on the beach was perfect for a long weekend with my girlfriends. The condo is clean and freshly painted, has easy access to the beach, well stocked kitchen, and the management company was easy to communicate with via text. The wide balcony had lots of seating for everyone to enjoy an evening sunset right on the beach. Easy walking to cute restaurants as well! We hope to be back!!

Location, Location, Location

We really enjoyed our stay here and the property is beautiful, you cannot beat the view here, it's stunning with literal sweeping views of the ocean. Being steps from the beach was so convenient and the unit was well appointed for anything we needed. Some parts of the unit could use some updating but overall it's a great place to vacation and we would recommend it!

Girls Beach Trip

This condo was perfect for my girlfriends and me to enjoy a week at the beach. Great location with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We took advantage of the beach chair rentals right in front of our building. Breakfast was enjoyed each morning on the covered deck. A lovely, spacious condo with great amenities.

Seaside Retreat

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Convenient access to the beach with amazing view. Slept 8 comfortably with (2 children under 12). Within a short drive to Seaside and Rosemary Beach, great restaurants and shopping. Pay close attention to what is included on the property, you will need to go to the store the day you arrive for essentials. All in all I would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for walking distance to restaurants, great beach access, and centrally located to all the 30A activities! Plenty of room for our family to spread out yet still come together in the family room/kitchen and enjoy the amazing views along the balcony. We love that the unit was one of three condos in one building, we never felt over crowded. We would definitely consider coming back to Seaview I !

Girls vacation

There are a few things that needs to be fixed or changed 
. As in faucets tighten in master bath 
 1 mattress was horrible to sleep on & laundry door was broken off 
.. but a very clean & right on the beach plus extremely quiet 
not to mention BEAUTIFUL
.. I would definitely go back if things were fixed

We enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed with the management company's failure to respond to a request made both via phone message and text prior to our visit and failure to adequately clean and deodorize the refrigerator prior to our arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom, my sister, and I stayed for several days and this perfect condo! The driveway is gated which made it feel safe. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every kitchen implement that you could possibly need for cooking. The balcony overlooking the beach is huge and perfect for watching sunset! There is no tall building on either side so it gives you perfect views of the beach and ocean. Benchmark emailed me a few times to check on our stay but we needed nothing and had zero issues. Great customer service from them. We will be staying here again next year!!

Great layout and location. Needs some fixin

We loved the location layout and price. But
Several broken things upon arrival Had to call maintenance. Door off standing in hallway, ice maker nonfunctional, washing machine on the blink, mattresses very uncomfortable in 3 rooms. Broken table in living area. 🔆We felt like all this would be remedied so wanted to rebook next year. The price to lease went up $2000.00. We had to look elsewhere because we were priced out. 😞

Great View and Great Layout for a Large Group

The view was beautiful! The layout of the condo is perfect for a large group. We really enjoyed our stay! The property has a security gate, therefore, make sure you received the code for the gate and not just the condo. We arrived after dark and had not received the gate code. I was able to call and obtain the code, but it took a while. Check in would have gone smoother if I had received the gate code before we arrived. Also, check the dishes before you plan to use them. Some of the plates in the cabinet were VERY dirty as if pizza had been eaten off them and they were put back in the cabinet without being washed. However, these were small issues that did not negatively impact our overall experience. Great property! I would consider renting it again.

Poor Property Management

Condo was fine - benchmark property management horrible. Pool was green - made numerous calls to have pool cleaned. No one ever showed the entire week. Had three grandchildren with us that never were able to use pool. Benchmark's response was that this issue was out of their control. Ridiculous. Was told that a manager would return my call (after the 6th one). Never received a return call. Will never again rent a property mananged by Benchmark.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Regardless of the all things I would improve about this place, we enjoyed our time at the beach. The best part of this condo is that you are so close to the beach and the balcony provides a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. However, this place desperately needs some TLC. We had to get maintenance out twice, first one being the master bath shower head fell out of the wall first day there. Once you park you have to drag your suitcases through sand and pebbles. The corridor where elevator is was filthy. I question if it has been cleaned all summer. Bugs, spilled drinks, dirty doors and handles and it smelled. It does not make a good first impression. Once we entered our condo, it presented as clean and tidy. Other things needing improvement are towels and linens are thin and not luxury, no dish soap, only one roll of toilet paper in bathrooms, closet doors came off track, toaster worked half the time, kitchen cookware needs improvement and general organization in kitchen is needed. Management did answer all my calls in a timely manner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely amazing. But that would probably be the best thing about this stay. The condo could use some work, there was a lot of things falling apart, some cabinets in the bedroom wouldn’t open, the TV in the back two rooms only had two channel options (unless you brought your own thing from home with an HDMI cable, they were useless). There were a lot of bugs in the house. We killed an average of two roaches a day; in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and even kitchen. We picked this location specifically because of the elevator mentioned. We had a physically disabled person in our family. When we got there it wasn’t working and we called management immediately. We were told it was a convenience. Watching a person use a cane/walker up and down the stairs was not deemed a convenience for us, rather than a necessity. Management company sent someone the next morning, they said they would fix it immediately and then silence. No one came out after that, no one called, and nothing was fixed. Although the location was perfect, with amazing views, and so close to the beach for our kids, we will not be rebooking this location in the future.
