This is a nice home with a great location. Our party of 4 enjoyed the stay for the most part, but there were a few things that would keep us from staying here again.Pros: -very pretty home with plenty of space for large groups-plenty of beach time amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc)-lots of board games and TVs for entertainment Cons:-the discount they advertised for golf cart rental was inaccurate and the host made ZERO effort to rectify the situation, which cost us about 250 more than planned for-the A/C couldn't get the main floors to be cooler than about 75 during the day...the top floor was even worse, even at night (average high was 78 during our stay)-the upstairs bed was extremely uncomfortable, lumpy, and felt old with sunken spotsOverall, not a terrible place for a vacation if you're not planning to be at the house a lot and are looking for a slightly cheaper option that's got a pool and is close to the beach. The host updated the golf cart discount after our stay, so hopefully there will be no surprises for future guests in that regard.
