Cette magnifique maison de plage de 3440 pieds carrés est directement sur l'autoroute 30A au cœur de Seagrove Beach. Ne vous inquiétez pas de chercher un accès à la plage, c’est juste en face de la rue. Kiwi Grove dispose de 5 chambres, 5 salles de bain complètes, et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 16 personnes. Il y a 3 lits king, 2 lits queen, 3 ensembles de lits superposés - la plupart des chambres et des salons ont une télévision à écran plat. Cette maison incroyable est merveilleusement conçue, des grands sols en carrelage aux salles de bains sur mesure, en granit naturel dans la cuisine et les salles de bains, et des armoires de grande qualité.Le grand salon / salle à manger situ�� au 2ème étage dispose d'une vaste table à manger en bois pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, ainsi que de places suppl��mentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner.
Détendez-vous du côté de la plage sur le grand balcon et le porche couvrant la largeur de la maison, avec vue sur le golfe depuis le 2ème étage. Promenez-vous à la plage quand vous le souhaitez, avec un accès à quelques pas. Si vous êtes fatigué de la plage, faites un plongeon dans la piscine privée clôturée. L'allée fermée dispose d'un parking pour 5 v����hicules, alors amenez vos amis. The house was clean, the layout was perfect for the people we had staying there. The pool had some trash in it, but we wasn't using it that much anyway. Beach access was great being just across the highway.

Perfect location to public beach access. The house was very nice and the pool was the perfect size for the children to swim and play. I would say if you like sleeping in, the bedrooms are very bright in the mornings. Bring sleep masks if you’re not an early riser. Otherwise perfect stay!

My family had a great experience staying at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like a true home-away-from-home. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of convenient parking. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans etc., the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor pool area was relaxing.The location was ideal—right across the street from a nice public beach access. The property manager was responsive when we inquired about heating the pool.Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

We had a great stay! It is set up great for multiple families. We took our sons and their families, and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, but yet be together. The house is close enough to walk or bike to Seaside and the bikes looked great. We didn’t ride because we had small kids. The kids loved the pool. There were a few small issues with the house, but we notified Real joy vacations and they promptly fixed everything! Great stay!

Incredible experience!

Our stay at Kiwi Grove was absolutely perfect. Very comfortably accommodated our 12 girls, amazing location right across from beach access, clean and beautifully updated inside, and the hospitality and customer service of the management was wonderful. I called several times with different questions during our stay and they answered every time with such kindness and professionalism, wanting to make sure we had the absolute best stay possible! I truly cannot recommend Kiwi Grove more, and I will absolutely be looking to stay in other RealJoy properties in the future!

Very spacious home!

This is the second time we have stayed at Kiwi Grove with 3 families. The kitchen and living area upstairs are large and can accommodate all of us easily! Beach access is easy. My only complaint is that the grill is old and a little bit scary to use.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, nice and clean. When we walked in we could tell it had been cleaned and sanitized. The house had everything we needed. Nice beach view from the top balcony. The beach was right across the street. I wish the pool and area around the pool would have been more clean. Overall, loved it.

Best stay ever!

My family and friends had the best time ever at Kiwi Grove. We've stayed there a few times and every time we had a blast. You can't beat the size of the home, the kitchen, and the bedrooms! No one felt crowded or cramped. The management company was super responsive to any concern we had. You also can't beat the proximity of the beach to the home. Literally across the street. I highly recommend staying at Kiwi Grove. You won't be disappointed.

Great Location

The house is located almost directly across from the public beach access which is very accommodating for all types of travelers. The pool is shaded for most of the day and adequate for after a day at the beach or a getaway from the heat. The largest kitchen we have ever rented with double ovens for anyone wishing to do a large dinner at home. It was also nice that bedrooms were located on both floors and quiet for anyone that has a little one on the trip. Overall the accommodations were great. The only drawbacks were that the furniture was dated and has seen better days, the floors and counters were dirty upon arrival, only one trash dumpster for a house that accommodates up to 16 guests and we saw more bugs than we were accustomed to - even in Florida. We took care of it and we’re just fine.A bit of a refresh and this place would be perfect.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen/family room and the layout of the house. Bedrooms were great and spaced out well for privacy and noise. We have 10 grandchildren under 13 and we enjoyed the pool, the upstairs balcony eating area, the great room and the beach. Also loved all the games available for the family to play. Although we didn’t need it, the baby bed and baby gates and high chair are a great idea as are the rails on the bunk beds! Beach access was a slight problem as our access area was under construction, but we made the best of it. Traffic was very busy and a small issue for us with children, as some drove too fast. Overall we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Celebrating 6 friends turning 50!!

We arrived to birthday balloons and a note. That was a very nice surprise. Location was perfect! Bedrooms were nice and big, We had a wonderful time. Overall the home was not very clean. Upstairs bath had to be cleaned prior to use as it was filthy.(we went and purchased cleaning materials) Return air vents, ceiling fans, and hanging light fixtures were covered in dust and dirt. Upstairs bedroom ceiling needed to be repaired and painted as it had numerous large brown areas from a water leak.

We rented Vacherie in May...

We rented Vacherie in May 2006 with two other couples and brought the grandparents along with us as babysitters! All together, there were 8 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room for everyone! The master suite downstairs was beautiful and spacious. The walk-in closet had plenty of room for a pack & play for one baby. We were also able to fit a pack & play in the closet of the other king bedroom downstairs so the babies almost had their own rooms! The house is decorated beautifully! The thing we liked most of all was that we felt comfortable there. Everything in the house is top quality. The bath towels were white and fluffy and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. This definately was not your "typical beach house where the owners put all their leftovers in it"! The kitchen was also well stocked. We had wonderful communication with the owner that lives in the area. He called and stopped by to be sure we had everything we needed. From a safety standpoint, we also appreciated the door alarm for the back doors to the pool area. We look forward to visiting again!

Great house! Easy beach access

The house was great for our family of 8. It had been remodeled a few months before we arrived. It was very clean and spacious. When you come in the front door, the master is immediately to the left. It faces the street, so it was a little noisy during spring break in the evening. The bunk room, laundry room, smaller living area and one of the king BR are also on the bottom floor. Upstairs is the main living room, a king BR and the double queen BR. One negative about being recently remodeled is that there was nothing at the house. There were no beach toys, coffee filters, salt & pepper, or any of the other things you typically expect to accumulate and be available at a rental. We left our beach toys, S&P, and coffee filters, so hopefully they are kept for future renters. The beach access across the street was very convenient. We went out each morning and set up our stuff to be used throughout the day. Even though it was requested, the pool wasn't heated for the first 2 days (we did get a refund). The homeowners should get a wifi pool controller, and allow the renters to set the pool temperature (to a limit). Regarding the property management company, I was happy with the ability to talk with a human when needed, and felt I received timely responses to all of my email questions. I was frustrated that they did a poor job communicating whether we could have an early check in. We received an email at 2PM saying you can check in at 10AM. Overall, the house was great for us!

Nice stay, but time for some maintenance.

Had a great visit to the beach. The house is spacious and the location is great. Issues with the sewer and oven were not ideal, but not deal breakers – the property manager was helpful in taking care of these things even though problems persisted throughout the weekend. We paid for a heated pool, but it only lasted one evening. We suggest attention to all of this before renting again.

Nice house and great location.

Nice house with plenty of space. Loved the 2nd story balcony with a good view of the ocean. Kitchen huge and very well stocked. The pool area was also very nice and had plenty of seating and lounging space. Given that this property sits directly on a heavily traveled section of 30A, I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that there was no lock whatsoever on the gate going into the pool area. I would suggest the listing be more clear about the fact that the kitchen and main living space is upstairs. Not a problem for our group but would be an issue for anyone who had problems with mobility. Would recommend and would stay here again
