This entire home in Santa Rosa Beach spans three stories and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and four baths. The layout balances togetherness with privacy, offering generous shared spaces alongside multiple decks and balconies where you can step away and unwind.

The first floor includes two bedrooms with access to outdoor porches or patios. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature bunk beds suited for kids or friends traveling together. The third-floor primary bedroom opens to its own balcony, creating a quiet retreat at the start or end of the day.

Beach access is nearby, with the shoreline just a five-minute stroll away. A street-legal, six-passenger golf cart is included to make trips to the beach, dining, and shopping easy, with a signed waiver required for use.

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, free parking on the premises, and a Pack ’n Play or travel crib. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, and the home is pet-friendly with a per-pet fee.
