The interior of this rental property was nice and well maintained, however, the exterior has been neglected. There were leaves and palm branches all over the property, and the grill was unusable due to its condition. The outdoor shower was disgusting, in order to use it you needed shower shoes. Several of the string lights were out on the patio, and the table and chairs on the back patio were filthy with dirt and mold. The bikes were in poor shape, and the golf cart had clearly not been maintained as evidenced by the fact that the covering on the steering wheel had fallen off in our hands, and the windshield wiper was broken. One evening it had rained, and we were in the golf cart and could not see to drive! There were 2 corn hole boards that were falling apart and unusable, and had there been bags they would not have slid on the wood into the holes! This house sits on busy 30A as you know, but the house being on a busy curve makes it very dangerous to leave the home in any vehicle. The house extremely needs an exterminator as every day and night we saw huge roaches as well as baby roaches and ants. We were very concerned that we were going to bring roaches home in our belongings! Jennifer was helpful with restaurant recommendations and with an issue with the golf cart battery. We used our hard earned money to rent this location and were extremely disappointed. We do not recommend staying here.

Long Weekend Get Away

This place worked perfectly for us. Location was great. The host is nice and responsive. Golf cart was a nice addition. There are two nice beaches that are easily accessible from the property. The house was clean, and check in and out were a breeze.

The house and all of its amenities were just as stated in the description of the listing. The accessibility to the beach and having the golf cart made it so much more convenient than places we’ve stayed before where we had to pack up the car each trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was another bonus which helped keep the sand out of the house and off of our clothes before getting to wash them. The host was very easy to get a hold and communicated very quickly to with us.We would definitely stay there again.

Great place!!

I stayed with my husband, my 2 teenage kids and two of their teenage friends. The house was small, but has everything you need. It ended up being just enough space for 6 people. There is only one shower, but there’s an outside shower, which helps tremendously if you have a house full like we did. The golf cart and bikes were great!! There was also some beach chairs and beach umbrellas in the storage building out back. I liked the location, It was nice being down the road from the Blue Mountain Creamery and the beach access there. The house was stocked with everything you need including dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. I would stay here again! Very cute place!

Perfect little getaway

After kind of looking for a couple weeks, I finally booked this very last minute. If you are like me and don’t necessarily have to have all the fancy stuff and care more about location, cleanliness, and convenience, this is it. I’m not one to go the extra step and leave a review, but I felt the need to share. Only thing that could have been better is if it was directly on beach. And I knew it wasn’t when I booked it so no complaints there. Beautiful, charming, CLEAN, efficient (had absolutely everything you need for a beach trip), and a very attentive, accommodating host. She checked in daily to make sure everything was good. If you can do without the jacuzzi, big fancy bathrooms and kitchen, and just want a clean, well furnished, place to get a really good nights sleep between beach days, this is perfect.

Not as relaxing as hoped

The inside of the house is as advertised, very nice finishes, very cute. The back patio could use some sprucing up. Lots of dead palm fronds, the string lights are mostly out, biting ants, the grill doesn't light. Be aware the "free" golf cart will not be replaced/refunded if unavailable or broken. We had use of the golf cart for about 1.5 days of our 6 day stay. The beach chairs/umbrellas were unusable the chairs were replaced the next day but again just another issue to deal with while on vacation.

Needs Improvement

This house is in a good location and was beautifully decorated. However, it needs some maintenance and there was a hiccup with the golf cart. We were told prior to our arrival that the golf cart needed repair and that we would be notified of an ETA for the cart to return to the property. We ended up renting a cart for $200 a day because we wanted to cart around town and this was a major reason why we had selected this property. Communication on the status of the golf cart was poor, and updates were not provided unless I asked. We received notification at 10:00 on the 3rd morning that the cart would be returned to the house that day. The deadline to return the cart for the prior day’s rental was 9:00, so we spent an additional $200 and had two carts that day. Also, the keypad to enter the home was difficult to use and would overheat during the day. A spare key was left for this reason, but we ended up getting locked out one day. A property manager was not available to help us, so we had to spend about 15 minutes cooling down the keypad so that we could get in. The backyard had weeds everywhere, the table was very dirty and the BBQ pit did not work. Additionally, the house needs to be exterminated and the closet door fell off in one of the rooms. This house has great potential, but really needs some TLC to make it a comfortable stay.

Perfect Little Beach House

This house was perfect for our family trip! The outside shower was convenient and the golf cart was fun to ride around in. The backyard was a great, private hang out/cook out space. The owner was amazing, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Located in the cutest little 30A community!

A Great Getaway

This house is adorable, and the included golf cart and beach chairs were much appreciated! We had an issue with WiFi and a small housekeeping issue, but the property manager promptly handled it. The beaches are crowded, so get there early if you can. The proximity to the beach access at Blue Mountain is great! Close restaurants and ice cream!

Favorite place we’ve ever stayed

We had a blast and the convenience of the house to everything made it all so much fun. We rode bikes in the evening and took the golf cart out to the multiple beach accesses throughout the week. Our family loved hopping on the cart to grab ice cream, souvenirs, and a couple essentials just down the street. The house is decorated so nice and it just felt like home as soon as we broke out the games the first night there. It was such a gift to have that bonding time and the house was perfect for that. The house is sooo nicely decorated and convenient! We will be booking this one again for sure! Jennifer (our host) was very involved in our stay - she timely answered any questions we had about places to eat, how to unlock door (after l misunderstood her perfect instructions) etc.

Me and my mom came down for a trip to relax and enjoy the beach, and Jennifer was awesome! She helped us check in, gave us recommendations on beach access, and was just a message away! The house was perfect location, I’ve been to 30A 10+ times and me and my mom can’t stop talking about how comfy and cozy this house was! The house was also so much bigger once you got inside. Having the golf cart was great as well! If you see this listing, BOOK IT!

We had a very nice stay..I would say everything was as advertised..great location..super close to the beach ..having the golf cart was really great and convenient so our teenager could use our car…plenty of space for the 6 of us..the outdoor shower worked great..my only small complaint was while it was wonderful to have the extra stuff the beach chairs provided def need to be replaced along with the umbrellas..they need to be retired😊..thanks for a great stay

Perfect getaway

The house is in a great spot of town. Great bars and restaurants close by and the beach is super close. Check in and out was a breeze and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!
