Amazing vacation home with many perks!

I have been coming to Seagrove Beach for many years and have stayed at many many places. This place was, in my opinion, one of the best locations we have stayed at. The cleanliness was impeccable for a beach vacation home. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and one of the best I've ever experienced. Being able to relax in a private beach location was something I didn’t know I was missing out on! The amenities were top-notch, with everything from Pampered Chef appliances and cookware to a fantastic washer and dryer. The inclusion of bikes was a wonderful bonus, and the fact that we could bring our furry friends along made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the many stairs, but overall, it was an incredible stay. I hope to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend!

Great beachfront stay!

We loved our stay at Ocean Air in the Upper East unit. The views and deck were fabulous! Very easy access to the beach. Wonderful communication from the property managers, especially Lori. Note that there are a lot of stairs to the upper unit for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous oceanfront condo on a private beach

Absolutely gorgeous view from the property. Love being right on the beach and having ocean views out the window. Enjoyed the loungers on the deck while lazing around enjoying that spectacular view. The house was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to several great restaurants. We had an amazing week and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

This property is absolutely gorgeous with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right outside the large picture windows. This property has 4 units with their own private beach that includes beach chairs and umbrellas, a couple of kayaks and paddle boards. The over sized deck is perfect to enjoy watching the water and activity on the beach. The only thing to be aware of is the multiple steps. We stayed on the upper floor and getting our luggage up there was a bit of a struggle, but once moved in the steps didn’t bother us.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was spotless and exactly as described. You can’t get any closer to the beach and the fact that it’s private was a big plus for us. We took full advantage of the beach chairs, bikes, and paddle board which made our stay so much fun. Would recommend!

Spring Break

We had a great stay! We’ve never stayed on the beach and it’s so fun and easy. Perfect condo for 4 people. So thankful to be able to bring my golden retriever. He loved sitting on the deck watching the action. It’s an amazing view. Construction upon our arrival had me flustered, but it didn’t end up being a problem at all. Seaside is 3.5 miles to west and we rode bikes there easily. Rosemary is 5.5 miles to east and such a fun bike ride. Condo is a great location in the middle of all the things we like to do. The neighborhood is very high end and has beautiful homes. We loved discovering the nearby Beachy Bean restaurant to get coffee, smoothies and food. We will rent here again!

Lovely Week!

My husband and I have made many trips to 30A and this was our best overall experience. The property is immaculate, the view is amazing and we love the location that is close to our favorite restaurants. We are an older couple and right now can handle the steps up to the top floor where we stayed. As long as we can do that, we will return! (The owner is on site and helped us with our luggage when we arrived! ) There are improvements being made to the exterior and there is a very large home being built next door, but neither interrupted the joy of our stay and the new home does not impede the view. We love that the beach is so close we can keep an eye on each other! The very nice beach attendant sets up the chairs early each day and is there if you need help with them. Overall, a great stay. We will return!

Best Beach Location

My husband and two daughters (13 & 11) took a trip to Santa Rosa for our fall break. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The convenience to the beach and the comfort of the property exceeded our expectations! The views of the beach were stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony. Having two chairs with an umbrella was such a wonderful bonus. My husband and I could relax and watch our kids play without the sun exposure. The owners had kayaks and paddle boards to use. It was so much fun. The first two days we were there the ocean was very calm. The last day of our stay offered fun waves for the girls to boogie board in. We got the best of both worlds. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfy! My daughters loved the LoveSac and are hoping for one at Christmas! The area is very family friendly. We left to eat out once; other than that we ate all meals at the home and soaked up all the beach time we could get! Thank you for a lovely stay; we hated to leave!

Great Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the condo. I’m a bit of a clean freak! I would recommend this condo to all, except elderly and elderly pets. The stairs are a lot. As stated there is a house being built right beside as well as the house itself. It never bothered us. We had an issue with the lock and it was resolved immediately. 🤗
