We loved how clean, updated and nice the condo was. The bedrooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the location to the beach and shops and restaurants.

Great place and location

Gulf Place is a great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops close by. Great unit with all you need for a visit, great decor, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen space, elevators or stairs, cable/internet. Will book again!

Great place! Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a great time. The condo was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping along 30A. Not to mention closely located to Destin. The property was nicely furnished and very clean. Aresa was great to work with and made sure we had a great stay. We will definitely visit again.

On Beach Time ---Never want to be off beach time!

Best spot to take a vacation! We did a little girls trip + one boyfriend, but this spot would be perfect for a family, with or without little ones! Great views, access to so many wonderful 30A staples, and the interior was so homey and coastal! Already have my next stay here reserved : )

This home is beautiful! Clean, excellent communication from owner, thoughtfully appointed down to the welcome treats, and the central location is walkable to everything you could want to do in Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend for your vacation!

Clean and great for a family

This unit is at a great location, within a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We didn't have to drive anywhere during our stay. It was very clean and it had everything needed for a family vacation at the beach. We would definitely consider this property when we plan to come back to the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Perfect ladies weekend away!

Perfect ladies weekend away. We all loved that we parked the car for the entire weekend and could easily walk to multiple restaurants. Easy access to the beach! Beds were comfortable and loved the device plug ins. Bedrooms could use blackout curtains on doors & windows, otherwise everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment - fantastic location!

The unit was very clean, orderly and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bunk bed room! Just down the street from Shunk Gulley (best spot on 30A - IMO) as well as the beach. Lots of other good options in the area without having to step in a car. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, Clean, Amazing Sunsets…

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful decor, clean, and relaxing! Loved being so close to the beach and all the great restaurants and shops, especially shunk gulleys oyster bar and pecan jacks ice cream. No driving on this vacay! Surprised with Prosecco and sweet treats on our arrival, thank you 30aBeachGirls for an amazing getaway. We will definitely return!

Best Beach Visit

Our stay at On Beach Time was absolutely delightful! The condo was so comfy and immaculate. The kitchen was so well equipped and the linens were top of the line.The entire condo is beautifully decorated. We were in close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. No need to get back in your car once you arrive to the condo.We will returning to On Beach Time whenever we are on 30A!

Amazing vacation will definitely rebook

Beautiful CLEAN and NEW condo. Everything we needed was available. So close to the beach; a two minute walk to a private beach entrance. We loved it here and can't wait to come again. The restaurants and shops were right outside our front door; so convenient. Great place; we'll be back!!!!

We loved our stay at On Beach Time! Great romantic getaway. So close to private beach and amazing restaurants, loved riding bikes and strolling around Gulfplace. The beautiful sunsets over the gulf from the balcony were an added surprise. Condo had everything we needed! Great coastal decor my wife loved! Will definitely return. Thank you 30a Beachgirls!
